I walked into my local Proctor Ace Hardware store in Ponte Vedra Beach and thought I had walked into Publix Supermarket! I was immediately greeted by an Associate named Casey and asked if he could help find anything for me and once I was on the aisle looking for something, again I was asked if I was finding everything okay & if he could help me in any way! I was then greeted by Shawn & asked again if I was finding everything okay! Their level of Customer Service was equal to Publix! I felt valued and appreciated as a customer! Great job guys!!!

Elyse is amazing! She helped me from start to finish along with helping other customers in need along the way. She had great suggestions, was so sweet, helpful and knowledgeable about all the plants and pots to use. Such an amazing genuinely good person and employee. Happy to have met her and I will be coming back just to see her. Thank you so much.

I can't say enough about our new Mont Alpi grill that we purchased at Proctor Ace Hardware. Our salesman, Lane was outstanding. He knew his product from top to bottom, patiently answered all of our questions, (we had tons) talked to us about our grilling needs and interests, helped us select all of the components and even offered to come to the house and show us how to use the grill (this man is serious about grilling). It is truly a beautiful looking outdoor kitchen with a gorgeous waterfall quartz composite countertop. Ronnie and his assistant delivered and installed the product in a first class manner, cleaned and polished the stainless areas and made sure there wasn't even the smallest smudge on the countertop. After the installation and cleaning, he took the time to repeat what Lane showed us initially in the store. We were treated with respect and our purchase was appreciated, you don't get that service at a big box store. Thanks again to Lane, Ronnie and Proctor Ace.

With my husband out of town, I bravely attempted to fix a kitchen sink leak. The associates were wonderful in making sure I had the right replacements and taught me how to fix it. I was successful and super proud, having never done something like this! I so appreciate the team - thank you for the confidence to learn!

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience at your store. I was interested in purchasing a DeWalt battery that was advertised on a sticker as 'sale for $50.' (Please see attached photo of the sticker.)
When I inquired about it and stood around for an order, I was then informed that the battery was actually $219 with a '50 dollars off' discount, not for $50. While I understand that mistakes can happen, the staff's reaction to my confusion seemed unprofessional. I was met with condescending remarks such as, 'How could we sell a $219 battery for $50?', and was made to feel unknowledgeable and gullible.
As someone familiar with power tool batteries, I can assure you that a $50 price point for a similar battery is not unreasonable, especially considering market prices (e.g., around $100 on Amazon for the same battery and comparable off-brand 2-packs for $60). My assumption was based on the clear wording on your sticker and industry knowledge.
My time is valuable, and I wasted a significant amount waiting and then dealing with this misunderstanding and the subsequent disrespectful treatment.
To prevent future misunderstandings, I strongly suggest clarifying your sale stickers to clearly indicate whether the price shown is the final price or a discount amount. Additionally, beyond the above staff was knowledge and tentative.
Regarding this specific incident, we would like to explore a resolution. While we understand that $50 for the battery might not be feasible, I believe a more substantial discount or a store credit for my inconvenience would be appropriate. We also expect an acknowledgement of my experience and an assurance that steps will be taken to prevent this from happening to other customers.

Every time I order online and come to pickup, there is an issue with with the product or inventory and the end result is that I lose my rewards point/coupons. I had 20 bucks off, the order couldn’t be complete and they told me I had to cancel the order. As a result, I lost my coupon. The manager doesn’t even want to talk to me and interprets through the staff which is half my age.
