The store staff was knowledgeable and took care of me quickly. I went in to get upgrade my iPhone and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Great experience!

Brett was outstanding very pleased with the service received upgrading to a new phone and his patience helping with the transfer of the data from the old phone to the new phone. Highly recommend this store and especially Brett the store representative.

Called and someone at the store said my order was ready for pick up, when I arrived i was told that the phone will not be in until Sunday when it said online that the phone will be ready in 2 hours for in store pick up. She assured me that it would be there Sunday, ironically 5 minutes after leaving the store my order was cancelled after she said she could not cancel the order and assured me the phone will be there the next day. poor customer service, nothing like being lied to multiple times in less than a few hours. I do not recommend this store unless you want the run around and headache

The store is in a really convenient spot. The rep told me there was a new manager fixing a lot of the store service issues. Seems like he's got a handle on things, he switched me from T-Mobile in 30 minutes

Do NOT go to this store. Instead, drive to the St Johns Town center store @ 4663 River City Dr Suite 101, Jacksonville, FL 32246.I went to the Nocatee store and informed the sales rep of the online deal that I tired to sign-up for, but due to an issue with the online process, it wouldn't let me check-out. The Rep said he can help setup my account and take care of the credits. After he finished setting up my account, he told me to call AT&T Customer Service to have them add the credits to my account (total of $640 in credits). After spending one hour on the phone with AT&T Customer Service, I was informed that only the AT&T Reseller can issue that credit. I asked the AT&T Customer Service Supervisor to cancel my account. She advised that my account got locked out and she cannot access my account. That I had to go back to the Nocatee Store to get my account unlocked. I went back to the Nocatee store, rep said he was with other customers and he can try get back to me later.To transfer service from Verizon to AT&T should only take about 45 minutes. At this time, I have spent over 3.5 hours and I am still not done. In order to get my account unlocked, I dont have faith in the Nocatee store. I am going to drive to a Corporate Store to have them work with the AT&T Customer Service Department to get my account unlocked. Then, I will be looking to cancel my service. I'll post an update as soon as I get this issue resolved.---Update---I went back to the store to work with the sales rep. The rep everything he could to resolve the issue (called ATT Customer Service and texted the store manager. After 1.5 hours later, I was told there was nothing else he could do and was apologetic. About 45 minutes after leaving the store, the rep called me advising that his district manager will approve the credit. I'll just have to wait 30 days.---Update 03/06/2023---I have gone back to the store several times over the last few months to speak with the store manager, Caitlyn, to obtain an update regarding my account credits. Caitlyn is very apologetic about the situation, but advises her manager has to approval and apply the credit. On 2/4/2023 @ 5:08 pm, I have provided screenshots of my text messages showing that the store employee advised that his Regional Manager has already approved this request. Caitlyn advised that her manager was going to have a meeting on 2/20/2023 to get this issue resolved. In the last 2 weeks, I have reached to Caitlyn via text message and didn't receive any response.--Update 03/27/2023--I find it funny that the store owner replied to my comment with "We would appreciate another chance to earn your business. Please reach out to our team as soon as possible." I have been working on this issue for over 4 months. You have my contact information and I've been "working" with your store manager, Caitlyn, every few weeks for an update. Her last response was on March 6th at 7:09 pm saying she is doing everything in her power to help me and get this re-escalated. Nothing else since then. I just left her a voicemail and text message.

Kate has been a game changer for us at this store! She "inherited" our issues with the service, and worked hard to successfully resolve them for us. It's become a good store with knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff, thankfully.
