I’ve been a long-time renter here, starting back when Tim and Melinda were managing from day one. They’ve since moved to another location, even though they didn’t want to leave. Now, the company has decided they need only one full-time staff member instead of two.
The rent prices keep increasing—by $100 to $300 each year after the second year. How do they expect renters to stay happy and loyal when prices keep going up so much every year? Yes, the location is ideal, but it feels like pure greed, just trying to maximize profits for the company.
As soon as I find another option close to home, I’m leaving. With Atlantic doing business like this, I’ll be looking for companies that don’t price gouge their customers.
