Tyler helped me literally in the parking lot as I was walking up with my son’s electric bike. He was already diagnosing the problem. I had explained that the brake cables were not working. He immediately started working on it and within 10 minutes problem solved. He replaced a cable and adjusted the other break. Very professional very friendly. Excellent service! I’ve had some bad experiences with bike repairs where I feel like I was being taken advantage of, but these guys are honest and hard-working. They saw me 10 minutes before closing and did not give me an attitude or a runaround. You will not be disappointed if you go here for all your bike needs. Thanks again, Bicycles, etc!

Went to Bicycles, Etc. in Nocatee for the first time to service our Trek. Service was friendly, prompt, professional, and excellent in their work. Definitely will return to Bicycles, Etc. for future biking needs!

Great service. Changed my tire on the spot. Explained the different types of tires available for my bike. Also showed me a great place to ride my Trek Dual Sport 3. Highly recommend for all your bike needs. They have a great selection of bikes, too.

Customer service was excellent, they were very friendly and professional. However, the prices for servicing a bike are pretty steep. They unbent the derailer and tightened the front brake for $35 after taxes. All of this was done in less than 15 minutes with minimal effort. I also asked to clean and oil the chain, yet they did not, but after I saw the total, I was too afraid to ask, thinking they would probably charge an extra $20 for that. I'd rather buy some chain oil and do it myself.But nice and competent people anyway, they did a good job!

Jeff was amazing! I thought I ruined my tires but turns out they just needed air. He took me in right away and installed a basket that I found in store in no time. He even helped me fit the two bikes back in the car. Thank you, Jeff!! You made my experience a perfect one!
