Stopped by on 1/7/24 and window customer service is terrible. Unfriendly, curt and not helpful.

Disorganized and overworked. As a result some are not nice to customers in a way that comes across as they are entitled to treat people poorly because of their working conditions. Corporate needs to do a process engineering study to solve obvious inefficiencies in the work flow design that are causing more time for movement and less time for customer satisfaction.

This has to be hands down the worst CVS in the Southeast. It's a shame they won't let you give 0 stars for a review. The staff is beyond rude with no regard for anyone's time or health. I've waited 20+ minutes on hold multiple times, and even been told "not to call about prescriptions". Today after 18 minutes on hold someone answered and immediately slammed the phone down without speaking. CVS - get your crusty staff in check and figure out how to employ individuals who don't hate their life.

Made an appointment online and was seen within 2 hours. Treated immediately seen by NP BROWN. She was caring, kind, empathetic and thorough. They now connect through the same network as Baptist and Mayo-so I didn't have to memorize my medical history to provide. Highly recommend the clinic. The pharmacy is right there as well and filled my script within MINUTES!! THANK YOU for taking care of ME

My wife, who has been extremely sick for 5 days, just went to get a Z-pack. She has a sinus infection. She's 43 and not a moron. The "doctor" gave her one, but post dated it for Friday...it's Monday. Wtf is going on here? She's not begging for narcotics...she's sick. She told her it could be allergies...it's not. I've never heard of a doctor denying someone sick before. Yes, let's make her suffer for 4 more days, pumping her body with pain meds and NyQuil all week, rather than letting her clear this up within a day or two. I can not for the life of me see a reason to force her to suffer with this sinus pain 4 more days. Her lymph nodes are so swollen, and her voice is gone. She's miserable and so sick. What a terrible doctor to do this to her. We live around the corner and will never step foot in that CVS again. Hey CVS, maybe hire your doctors who have a tiny bit of common sense and empathy. Disgraceful!

What is going on with this place?!?! The pharmacy staff is beyond rude! Short, condescending and just flat out mean. It's not just one occasion, but every one. Especially with one of the female brunette employees. I'm just done with the attitude. I'll be taking my business to the Publix next door or Walgreens down the street.

Worst CVS EVER. Nobody EVER answers the phone.. they are not worried about you being on hold for over 30 minutes and sometimes they don't even give a shit to answer at all. They are always out of my prescription and I never have a pleasant experience with this location.

What a bummer that this is the closest CVS to me. For years, they've been the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. I've literally been coming here my whole life and I can't remember ONE time that it was an easy experience. You can tell that none of them want to help, and when you ask for help they give you an attitude. No one at this pharmacy wants to work.

one of the least friendly pharmacies in all of town. I started driving to the CVS further away because they are more willing to help and aren't as rude. Filling a prescription here, it always feels as if you are bothering or inconveniencing them. Never something you want to deal with if you are sick.

Pharmacy tech, Jessica, is absolutely awful. Repeatedly spelled my name wrong and then said how it was my fault and proceeded to say I had to fill every prescription even though cost was an issue. Very rude and disrespectful. Hopefully this pharmacy will look into and rethink their staffing.

Terrible, long waits. No pharmacist to talk to unless it's maybe the one nice lady and 15 minutes until close. I'm done here, the customer service is awful!!! I will say one young lady with dark hair always remembered me by name (sorry I can't recall her name bc i always used drive through) but the staff seems to have a high turn over and no one seems to care about the patients. Highly impatient staff! Specifically the newer females I've encountered. Is COVID making the staff so irate with return customers? I'm sick of being asked have I filled there before when all you have to do is look up my info. Oh, the other decent tech is an older man with a shaved/bald head and Props to the cool yet WARM, girl with dark hair and winged eye liner, everyone else is either rude, incompetent, and just doesn't want to be there obviously!!

The pharmacy technician, Jessica, was EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude. St. John’s county, Florida has NOT issued a mandatory mask order, and there were NO SIGNS that stated a customer MUST wear a mask to enter the store. However, Jessica proceeded to make rude and uneducated comments about masks, (should also be noted that she was not wearing an N95 grade mask, or any other kind of proper PPE gear), telling me how inconsiderate I was for forgetting mine in the car, and that the death tolls are astronomical because of people like me. Then proceeded to make jokes with the pharmacist as I exited the store. For one, I will be transferring my prescriptions to Walgreens, and I would hope that CVS values ALL of their customers. This level of complete unprofessional and rudeness is probably one of the reasons why this particular store has such a poor review.

Went to cvs to find out how much my prescription would be with a coupon. Talked to a woman with long straight hair. She said she couldn't give me a price since I didn't have the actual prescription in my hand. I questioned why and she then went over to an older man with white hair. She said "she's trying to make me run her prescription through without a prescription". I said I just wanted a price. He didn't even look up and said I needed to call my insurance carrier. Again I said I just wanted to know how much the prescription would be. Then he said they can't do that without the actual prescription. I then went to wallgreens. I again asked for the price. The very nice friendly pharmacist there told me it would be $120. I recommend everyone go to Walgreens

Dealing with this place is terrible. Whether you go in and stand in line at the pharmacy (takes forever and the personnel in the back ignores you). If you go to the exterior drive through, better have time to wait also. I guess CVS doesn't care about their customers, everyone I speak has huge complaints over the management of this store.

The drive thru is an absolute joke!! Waited for over a half hour. It shouldn't take this long!! Very frustrating.
