Worst service and negligence. We were happy when our prescription was with Publix pharmacy but unfortunately the insurance company changed it to CVS and their service is worst. Still struggling to get our prescribed medications.

I called CVS and had to leave a message. I got a call back within 5 minutes. I was checking on a prescription. I was told express scripts had to submit an override. The young lady said she would take care of it. Within 5 minutes I received a phone call that she had the override. She stated my prescription would be ready in a hour.

I visited this store twice. On the first visit the person behind the register was sitting on the counter with ear buds in. Never even looked up at me. After waiting a few minutes I did the self check out. Then today I was in there, the person behind the register was looking down playing with her hair. She never looked up or said a word to me. I will spend my money somewhere else.

I went here twice (a week apart) looking for saline solution and they didn’t have any 😭 staff were great though!

If being a party to a medical negligence lawsuit is a bucket list item for you, I highly recommend this pharmacy! I am the caregiver for a patient who will die without medications that are needed every day to keep her alive. I needed an out of state override by insurance. I'm on the phone with insurance who's desperately trying to call them, I've tried to call them, but you can't actually talk to anyone who works at this pharmacy. This situation is going into it's second day. You must leave a message and they decide if they think it's important to bother calling you back. Insurance? Same thing. They can't talk to a person. The idea that they're running a pharmacy but you can't actually talk to them is incomprehensibly neglectful. I'm 1000 miles away and the patient is in the care of a relative, so I can't walk into the pharmacy and tell them. I HAVE TO GET SOMEONE ON THE PHONE. To hell with this. My first ten calls were to this pharmacy and the insurance company. My next call is going to be to an attorney. I will let family members know that under no circumstances are we to use CVS. My advice is to find a good neighbor pharmacy. Then short sell as much CVS stock as you can and wait for their inevitable chapter 11 bankruptcy filing. Maybe they'll check their voice mail before my patient is hospitalized, and maybe not. Go elsewhere. Doing business at this pharmacy is playing Russian roulette with your health!

Horrible. My daughter is a medically complex transplant patient in dire need of medications out of state and you can't get a real person on the phone anymore. It's leave a voice mail and we'll get around to deciding if you're important enough to call back. Insurance can't get anyone on the phone, I can't either. I will be preventing family members in Florida from ever using CVS. Independent pharmacies answer the phone. CVS has calculated that paying someone minimum wage to answer the phone isn't worth their time, and I have calculated that doing business with CVS isn't worth mine!

GOD WANTS TO KNOW WHY MY MOUTH IS NUMB AND MY EYES ARE WATERING AFTER GOING IN THIS CVS TO USE MY GET UPSIDE REWARD GIFT CARD WHICH I WAS UNABLE TO USE SINCE I WOULD HAVE TO BUY A PRODUCT AND NOT A GIFT CARD WHICH i NEEDED REAL FOOD OR GAS THAT DOES NOT COST A FORTUNE AND CLEARLY THERE IS SOMETHING WIERD IN THE AIR UP IN HERE SO GOD SAID NO WAY JUST LET IT RIDE SO PEACE OUT YAWL. NOT TO MENTION THAT THE MAJORITY OF THE PARKING LOT US FILLED WITH LICENSE PLATES THAT HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING ME ALL OVER THIS STATE AND I AINT NEVER BEEN TO THIS STORE BEFORE... I can only imagine their rating is low because of the low rent people that live in our neighborhood. The employees here have always been helpful and top notch to my family and I. The people that rated them low, definitely would have said and me. Don't be trash to people and they won't be trash to you, simple as that.
