The store in Ponte Vedra is very nice to come and get medicine and also look around for other items they hv on Sale.
Pharmacy is Great Sony a line and staff is very nice apologies for wait
Ladies I think are Sisters , up front very nice and so helpful always asking can they find anything for you . Willingness to help is wonder Compared to other places I have shopped!

I come here to get my prescriptions. CVS isn’t a great pharmacy but it’s one of the few options. Sometimes I go through the drive thru, which is a pain because they take forever and sometimes nobody is at the drive thru so they make me go inside to get my prescriptions. Sometimes I go in person to pick up my prescriptions because the drive thru service is slow and long. Overall, the pharmacy technicians are friendly and professional but they can be slow with their service. I also sometimes purchase items from CVS at the self checkout.
Today I got my prescription from the counter and then I had to purchase something, so I went to the self checkout to do that. The self checkout register I went to did not work so an employee had to come and fix it. The employee who helped me was very rude. Apparently she thought I didn’t know how to use a self checkout, because she told me how to put my things in the bag. She said “after you scan your items you put them in the bag like a normal person, see, look at me” and it was in a rude tone, so I could tell that she did not want to be there to work and help people. She acted as if I didn’t know how to use a self checkout, although I knew what I was doing. If I knew what her name was, I would mention it here in this review, but unfortunately since I do not know this employee’s name, I cannot mention her name, otherwise I would have mentioned her name.

Customer Service is terrible at this location, specifically the pharmacy. I was in line for the pharmacy drive thru at 8:56 and they close at 9. Got up to the window at 8:58 and the three people behind the window saw me and they all decided to ignore me and start closing. They could have at least come to the window and said sorry we are closed. Beyond rude. Where did Customer Service go?

I get the job is difficult and stressful but these people are horrible. They were very unhelpful and acted as if I was inconveniencing them. Horrible. It’s the lady pharmacy tech.

Had to move from WD and have to say drive-thru customer service is rather curt and unfriendly. Act as though they're bothered. Another unprofessional encounter where the tech grew annoyed at me because THEIR intercom system was not clear. Really surprised at how disrespectful they treat their customers.

apparently they had a call in and the pharmacist did it all!! He took scripts - worked the register helped people with insurance questions and Not once did he stop smiling and greeting and being kind. if everyone approached their job, this way, how amazing it would be!

I only bought a certain over the counter sleep aid gummy because it was buy one get one 50% off. Cashier rang it up wrong and I ended up paying full price. And was told that I couldn’t receive the discount because I paid with my aarp seniors U card. No refund allowed. Nothing they could do. Never would have gotten 2 bottles! There goes a couple of my senior benefits. Merry Christmas
