Ordered s frozen coffee, got an unleaded iced coffee, close enough for me. But then I ordered a SAUSAGE, egg and cheese croissant sandwich. No sausage was on the sandwich. I didn't have any time left to correct it, since I had to get to work. I won't order they're food and drinks at this location again.

Awesome location excellent service and If you are hungry Carlos makes the best sandwichs and amazing ice cream cones super friendly guy made my day.

terrible customer service from the long blonde hair cashier i don't know his name but a week back he put my gas in the wrong pump and my gas was taken and denied me a refund and claimed i was wrong while he had his headphones in and clearly didn't hear me correctly he then proceeded to get me a manager and today taunted me about it sad to say that my local gas station hires poorly workers like these

Used to get their fountain drinks. Probably the last 10 times I went bugs swarmed the nozzles and this last time midway through my drink I felt one squirming on my lip. Absolutely vile

Absolutely amazing service all kinds of food and drink choices to have for snacks lunch or dinner and everything smells so good and the staff are so nice friendly and the place of clean organized and everything looks so delicious and plus so many options and I love coming here to get gas at shell and go in to grab something and amazing and lovely and and I appreciated the staff for all the hard work and definitely tip them they deserve it and of is nice big and so much space and I feel right at home and everything is wonderful and staff i great and all kinds of choices salt and sweet for breakfast lunch dinner and snack to go and and love it so much and brilliant and definitely come here and it is fabulous and wonderful place everyone is so nice and calming and relaxed and plus you get ur cat gas there too and then off your way to work of whatever you are going and you not be disappointed. 7:30 AM Location only had ONE (1) cashier and a self-checkout that was not working correctly.10 yellow vests lawn care workers paying cash so it was so slow this morning. Cashier was visibly and rightly upset.This very fast pace Nocatee location needs better management to schedule help early AM5 mins turned into 15 mins which is unacceptable at a “in and out” convenience store.On a side note my chicken biscuit was great.. !

They have a great variety of great snacks,foods, and ice cream which is 11/10. I personally think it’s better then Wendy’s I highly recommend going here

I went in for a breakfast sandwich this morning and got a croissant sausage egg and cheese. Service was fast went out got my truck and headed to work and open up the sandwich and it was still frozen not even lukewarm not happy with breakfast

i just ordered a mac n cheese pulled pork sandwhich and when i’m almost done with the last bite i notice hair all over it, white small hairs. i look at my other half of the sandwhich and there was at least 1-2 black hairs on it. completely lost my appetite i’m soo grossed out couldn’t even enjoy the meal only things good that came with it was the pickles.

Came in today around 12:45. The dash side wasnt crowded so I ordered lunch. I opted for the taco 3 pack. It took 20 minutes to receive 3 tacos. The meal was cold. The tortillas were not even in one piece and the tacos were falling apart. If my dog was with me I would have been reluctant to serve it to her. What a waste of 20 minutes and $7.
