“Truth be told I hate going to the doctors. I know you're thinking, but why? I don't know it's not a place I want to frequent.Anyway I needed a prescription refilled and was told I needed to come in and be checked out prior to getting a refill. Luckily when I called they were able to squeeze me in the next day. That never happens.This office moved from closer to the Publix in Nocatee to the same building where the new Nocatee Y is located. There is ample parking.When I entered the office I was surprised to see no one waiting. I signed in, filled out a questionnaire and two minutes later I was brought back to a room, weighted, BP taken, and then was brought to an exam room.Five minutes later Dr. bonaquist arrived. She's always so cheerful and I feel like she genuinely cares how you are. She asked about me, my family, did a quick question and answer session and I was on my way and not needing to see her for another six months.Pros:-in and out in less than 30 min-having a doctor that cares about their patients-friendly staffCons:-my dislike for going to the doctorSTips: don't wait to make an appointment until you need a refill on your prescription”

We are retired health care practitioners and opted to connect with the medical team. Dr. Harrison was great and pleased with his plan of care.I simply must praise the efforts of Tammy who gave us careful attention with needed appointments and guided us through the process. She is an example for others to learn from to proceed the best care and be a true patient advocate. Some staff may not follow her lead but need to know the importance of listening to patient needs and providing support and service with a smile..”
