When I opened my account with Fifth Third bank in Ponte Vedra beach I opened it with Brian Skorstad. It was refreshing at the time because Brian told me that we are past the days of banks putting holds on checks because ACH is instant. Well that turned out to be a false statement. I deposited two checks and was told the funds would be available on Jan 3. Then when I went into the branch this morning I was told now it will be Jan 10th. Both checks have already cleared and funds removed from both parties accounts which means Fifth Third has my money and is holding it for their own interest gains. Not only is this deceitful by saying it will be available on a certain date then changing it to a week later but it is stealing. Fifth Third Bank has no interest in helping their customers have a better experience than what they have had at other banks. Change bank is in the middle of a huge mess right now for doing the exact same thing. I urge you not to open an account with Fifth Third. I also have an account with Vystar and they have been amazing from day one. No holds on checks and go out of their way to make sure banking is easy. Close your Fifth Third account and open with Vystar. You won’t be disappointed.

Not a customer and not giving review on bank location. I need to change my checking info due to my bank changing name and my account number. My husband has a deposit from Fifth Third Bank direct deposited monthly. When I call the 1-800 or a local number I just get run around in circles. No ss# will work when requested bc no account with this bank. But..there is no choice to request a PERSON therefore I'm on a Merry go round and getting frustrated.

Little hard to find, but ample parking and a friendly staff. It was 4:57pm, 3 minutes from close, when I walked in on a weekday, and they took care of all my needs.

My wife and I have been going here a couple years now, and absolutely love it. Linda, Nick, William, Lee and many others are always so warm and welcoming and answer everything to best they can or ask for help or advice if they don't know.Highly recommend, some of the best banking customer service I've experienced.

5th 3rd is not a good bank. I just had a terrible customer service experience. I had four accounts with them. I had to close them because I moved to a location without any local branches. When I requested my back-statements, they sent me the wrong accounts. When I requested the accounts again they told me they could not find them in their telephone banking (even though they already sent me the older two accounts) and that I would have to go to a local branch in order to get them. This was both a telephone helper and the supposed manager. If I lived near a branch, I would be happy to go into a branch to get a copy. But I would expect a bank to be helpful to a former customer that moved out of their service area. If I ever move back to a location that has 5th3rd as an option, you could not get me to put my money with them again.

My day had already started out stressful, and when the ATM made an error I was for the worse, but the bank manager Linda B was an absolute lifesaver for my sanity. She was calm, patient, and quickly resolved my issue while also taking time to discuss financial planning with me, as well as helping me find a better account suited for my needs. Absolutely wonderful branch, thank you Linda!!

There is no experiêncë except awful. No one can help. I have. Been lied to so many times. Worst business i have ever dealth with. No customer service at all. If you need a bank do not go here lousy on a good day. Never can get help just excuses.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! We opened a new business account on June 2, 2016 with a cashier check from a local credit union. We had already been doing business with this bank for a year and half. 53rd held our money and prevented us from buying key equipment a full two weeks later. Their explanation was we were a new account. So basically they tie the hands of brand new account holders by restricting access to funds that should have been as good as a cash deposit. So that is the beginning of our relationship with this new account. Six months go by with issue after issue and Jacqui Paluszek (the Ponte Vedra manager) refuses to return my calls. I call her week after week and email her and she flat out refuses to return a call. If you desire being treated like a 2nd rate citizen and love terrible customer service, this is the bank for you. We are pulling our money out and taking our business to a bank that cares. Good bye 53rd, you have lost my business!!!!
