Oh my goodness! So clean! Looks like a totally different donation center. Shadra Glover is doing an incredible job here. Thank you.

After several loads of decent clothes We brought in carefully packed donations. The worker, who was never a ray of sunshine, seemed annoyed and dumped all the materials into a bin where most broke. We thought we were doing something nice. Looking for another organization.
RECOMMENDATION: Take your items to hope closet on San Pablo. They are grateful, kind, and unload your car for you.

Getting annoyed with GoodWill centers not specifying whether or not they are a retail outlet or just a drop off donation center. Wasted 3 trips of gas looking for a retail location. Guess they don’t need my business enough to give me a heads up what type of location they are in advance ???

This is a donation spot only- not a Goodwill store. Really needs to be more clear.

For getting free items and selling them they dont do much for the community. At least the Salvation Army helps those in need

Spotty on the customer service but hey, it's a donation center. What's important is it's simple and quick. Don't forget to pick up your deductions form (signed) which they leave blank for you to fill out so make sure you fill it in before you forget.
