Judy at Ponte Vedra was fast, efficient and did a great job on my haircut.
She was pleasant and I felt welcomed & valued as a Geat Clips customer.
This was my first visit to this location and previous my visits to Great Clips in Charleston, SC, as well as St Augustine locations were nice as well.

I have been going to Great Clips all around town and have had the best experience with this location. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel welcomed and at home with their warm greetings and relatable stories.
I also wanna give Keri a special shout out as I have been getting my haircut with her for years now at multiple locations because she can do a fade and blend like no other! Her attention to detail and care for her customer has been unbelievable!
I highly recommend Keri and the staff at this Great Clips location - best cut and best experience!

3 different "stylists" have at some point really messed up my haircut. Haley once gave me a very crooked neckline that I didn't know was there until multiple people pointed it out (that was embarrassing). Another (?Carrie?...first chair to the right) doesn't know how to fade AT ALL. Kat and Krista are the only ones worthwhile but everyone else knows it and it's typically a long wait to see them. And of course there are no appointments.
Yesterday I checked in online at 8:35, per Great Clips rules, but didn't arrive until 8:55 because Kat came in at 9 (I had requested her during online check in). Some other gentleman checks in after me but physically arrives before me. I arrived when I did because that's when Kat starts working but somehow some other stylist decides to send him back first. I guess we're only using Great Clips rules whenever we feel like it?
It would not have been a big deal if I hadn't already had so many other bad experiences but this was the last straw. I went to Double Cuts and was seen right away by an actual barber. He took his time and cut my hair really well. I paid a little more but you get what you pay for.

I always come here for a blow dry. you can't beat the price, $28. you sign up online on the app, and you are put in a virtual line. they will then send you a text when it's about 15 mins to your spot in line. I've never had to problems with this so that's a plus. but my biggest complaint is that they will only do blow drys one at a time and if there are 3 stylists working. I've been turned away more than 5 times because of these rules. so that's a bummer. but the location and price keep me coming back.
