The office staff is not very friendly, nor do they get the appointments correct...When the appointment was made, it was specifically for the Nocatee office. I was assured that this appointment would be in Nocatee. I arrive at the appointment in Nocatee, I was told I was scheduled at the Jax office. Not very pleased.
