I recently brought in a piece of gold jewelry that has been in my family for generations, and Miriam's Jewelers did an outstanding job with the repair! From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me with such care and respect, understanding how much this heirloom meant to me. The craftsmanship was flawless—it's as if the piece is brand new, yet still holds all its original charm. I couldn't be happier with the results. In February 2024, lost a diamond in a ring. Repair was sloppy - you could see the new stone wasn’t set right and was a different size than the others. Jeweler thought the repair was “pretty good”. Store owner didn't care at all that I was dissatisfied. Sent an email to Miriam’s and never received a reply. Fast forward to July and same stone fell out, AGAIN. Took it to my old jeweler in upstate NY for repair and it is flawless. Won’t ever use Miriam’s again.

The QUALITY or their repairs is impeccable!
Little backstory and I’ll add photos. I got engaged and my ring needed to be resized. I was told to go to a store off 210 so I did. I got the ring back and it looked like a child played with a welder for the fiest time. There was a bubble on the inside seam, the line wasn’t straight and to add insult to injury…the metal tarnished in 3 days (picture below). They didn’t use white gold and didn’t put the finishing on it, they also sized it the wrong size. I was devastated because we have an engagement party coming up and did not want to go back and ruin the integrity of the ring by trying to fix it multiple times.
I did some research and decided to try Miriam’s. This man has made this ring look better than it did the day k received it. Not kidding! You would never be able to tell it was resized much less butchered and fixed. I’ve attached a photo as well.
THANK YOU!! I truly can’t say thank you enough. My ring is perfect and I can say with full confidence I won’t be going anywhere else for any repairs.

I had a bad experience starting a custom piece with the Miriam’s in Jax beach so I went to the PV location and worked with Benji. Working with Benji was amazing! Her attention to detail and problem solving made this such a positive experience. Her and her staff aim to please and I will be a customer of hers for life.

Rescently I was a visitor to Ponte Vedra Beach, staying in a nearby hotel. I had a piece of sentimental jewelry that needed immediate repair in order to wear it to a family event. Thanks to Miriam's, I was able to get this done on short notice. Special shoutout to Asher for his technical skills and kindness. I am most appreciative!

We are so fortunate to have found Miriam’s, in Sawgrass Village, since moving to Ponte Vedra Beach 5 years ago.We love that they are a family owned local business. We have purchased new and vintage jewelry. Miriam’s also repairs jewelry and they offer appraisals all right in their store. They buy jewelry too!
