I signed a contract in September 2023 for a 5’ x 10’ at $60. Rent increased to $71 in February 2024. Another increase to $92 effective February 2025. I have never experienced constant increases like this at other Public Storages or their competitors. I regret moving my belongings from a competitor to be closer to where I live.
9/23: $60 + $3.60 tax + $15 insurance = $78.60/mth.
2/24: $71 + $3.60 tax + $15 insurance = $89.55/mth
5/24: $71 + $1.78 tax + $15 insurance = $87.78/mth
2/25: $92 + $2.30 tax + $15 insurance = $109.30.
Pros: Clean new location. Attentive staff. Cons: Random price increases.
