Went in to get my prescription that was ordered online and said would be ready at 4 PM. I walked in at 5:20 PM, the staff were all sitting at computers talking. I asked for my prescription. They said it wasn't read and told me it would take 10-15 minutes, but I was on my way to the airport so couldn't wait. This is the 3rd or 4th time that's happened. I won't be using them again.

I drive an extra 10 minutes to go to another publix pharmacy because this one is so poorly managed . Don’t waste your time

Medication is NEVER ready on time. One star is too many for a pharmacy that can't fill a prescription in a timely manner. Why should they care if people go two days without their blood pressure medication?

Every month it takes no less than 3 days and a trip up there to get medication filled. You have to literally walk in there and ask them face to face to even get the process started. It's a major hassle and inconvenience every single month.

This team is amazing. They work hard and we should all appreciate that more. Thanks for all you do!!
It puzzles me how any one could possibly leave a 1 star review....must not be having a good day (or life).

Takes 2 days to get refills using the automatic system. Wish they had a drive thru.

New prescription was several days late and wasn't referred to Pharmacist to review the new medication. This is a standard practice at most pharmacies.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled here since we moved to Florida. I am so happy with how engaged the staff is in their attentiveness to accuracy, privacy, and cost. The pharmacist has often stopped what he was working on to help me run my prescriptions in a different way to make sure I was getting the best deal. Despite the fact that they are always very busy, they never miss an opportunity to take that extra moment to make me feel like they truly care about the outcome of any problem.

They take days to fill prescriptions. No customer service at pharmacy or store! Publix is no longer where “shopping is a pleasure” in Nocatee.

Worst experience!Last Nov, I filled out the form to transfer my progesterone prescription to this location because it’s close to where I live. Two weeks ago, I went there again, and the pharmacist told me it's back order and may take a while.Just now, 1/3/24, around 4 pm, I called to check the status. A girl told me the same, but when I asked how long it usually takes for back order, she said she didn’t know; it might take longer than six months, or it wouldn't get it at all; her explanation was very unclear and sarcastic. I'd instead they tell me it's out of stock so that we won't put hope on it. I suggest this young lady return to school to learn more. The meaning of ‘prescription’ and ‘medication’ is not the same; also be nice to this neighborhood

Customer service is fair to poor; rx are never ready when you're told they will be; they question your doctor (because they think they're smarter) - CVS is worse! So this is the best it gets here in Nocatee Florida - unless you wish to drive about 15 to 20 miles to a different pharmacy which is likely no better. Sigh. Ground hog day!

It doesn't surprise me Publix Pharm not BBB accreditied. **************** is fair to poor; your prescription is NEVER ready when they tell you it will be, and then they have an attitude when you question information they gave you! Furthernore they call your doctor- why? Because they think they're smarter. Sigh. I love living in ** but the pharmacies and supermarkets in this area are very poor - very poor.
