This place is really busy. It can be hard to find a parking spot near the door but the employees are mostly friendly, the store is well stocked. It's very easy to return unwanted items and the publix phone app is very good. It's also really nice to have the pharmacy in store as well.

Nice store with pretty great products. Never have a hard time finding healthy versions here.
Everything is pretty new and excellently maintained. No real complaints, besides not really trying to be competitive with pricing. But prioritizing quality as they do, it's hard to blame them!

This is for the bakery. Please fire whoever had the great idea to freeze all your cakes? You think this makes them last longer but in actuality it creates a VERY DRY cake. Take the extra time and make a fresh cake like I know Publix can do. This Publix misses the boat severely. Your icing is awful and tasteless. Your bakery workers especially the blonde is rude to customers and likes to belittle them and make fun of them. Hire a real baker bring back a fresh cake especially if I’m special ordering one. Such a sad bakery. Do better.

Love Publix, although the grocery pickup is not working well for me. All the spaces for the pickup seem to be taken most every time. And I see people pull in there and promptly get out, go shop, come back and leave. So they’re obviously parking there just for their own personal convenience, even though those spaces are clearly marked. That’s not Publix’s fault. It might be best to just do away with those spaces. I often have to park somewhere else anyway, and the app gives you a chance to describe where you’re parked.
Also, there often seems to be a disconnect with the alert I send to Publix that I’m there and when they get it.

The girl at the deli was super friendly and so was a gentleman at the deli. Overall, the staff is friendly and I enjoy the smaller store atmosphere.
