We are owners we love it here beautiful grounds, great neighbors. Perfect location can walk to many restaurants and shops and Publix. Close to the beach Have never had a problem with the HOA. Very quiet and safe with great amenities

I am happy living in Summer house! I feel the office a maintenance crew, Shannon,Tiffany, Jose and Vito has provided good service for the residence.They all work very hard maintaining the property to make it look beautiful and a pleasant place to live!

East side is lovely, and the location is convenient to everything PVB and only a short walking distance to the ocean. The neighbors are very friendly around here!
