Wife and I stopped in to discuss our plan/phones and Andre the Manager was terrific. He explained everything we needed to know (while helping others!) we got new phones, a small increase in the monthly bill and we are very happy. Andre is a superstar!

Do not go here. These people are completely incompetent. I have spent hours/days trying to fix a mess that one of the store associates caused when she said she could port my phone over from Verizon and she guaranteed “Verizon never locks their phones”. My phone in fact was locked by Verizon and when the port was unsuccessful I had to spend hours on the phone with both T-Mobile customer service and Verizon to reactivate my old plan (while in store and was there for 2 hours until close). In the process, I have lost my original free upgrade promo with Verizon, had to buy my phone out in full which was $800 & was charged a reactivation fee. I’ve gone through hoops calling T-Mobile customer service, the store manager, and then finally a going in person to a different corporate retail T-Mobile store to get refunded. Just a heads up, this store in PV is a franchise operated LLC and not T-Mobile corporate. I will not be choosing T-Mobile once my phone is unlocked by Verizon.

I would only suggest this location if you have all the time in the world to wait. "We'll be right with you" is not something they should be saying.

BEWARE!!!!!They switch you over from Sprint….THEN add in cancellation fees!!!!After promising to be fully transferred without fees!Weeks of working with this - only to now get late fees added.DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO T-MOBILE IN PONTE VEDRA!!!

I stop by the Pontevedra store today, I had a few questions about my iPhone. Alex was the gentleman who helped me today, he was absolutely wonderful . It only took him just a few moments to figure out my problem. He was very professional and very courteous.

The girls working here probably are not aware of the disservice that they are doing customers who switch to T-Mobile but T-Mobile has affectively zero coverage in the North Carolina mountains compared to other carriers. Their coverage maps aree inaccurate and they were horribly unfair about letting us out of contracts. if I could give zero stars I would!

I brought my broken Iphone in at this location today to speak with a rep about getting a new Iphone vs filing an insurance claim to get my phone replaced. I was told by this locations manager that my "out the door" price would be $95 with a current promotion T-mobile was running to get the Iphone 13. I confirmed with her that it was only $95 that I would be paying total and she said "yes" with the current promotion. They took payment of said $95.77. I signed the first document then she brought out another document and was talking about financing. I was confused because I thought I was buying the phone for $95 "out the door".... She then informed my that payment was a down payment, which is not out the door. I expressed our miscommunication and told her I thought I was paying $95 like she said not $899 or however much the Iphone 13 costs. She then proceeded to try to refund my the money and took close to an hour to do so. She couldn't get into the system like she forgot her password or something (who knows but I was there roughly an hour). I did't leave with a replacement phone. She walked in the back and was badmouthing me to another co-worker and I could audibly here her from the front. This is why I'm writing the review. Mistakes can happen on either side of the transaction, but don't bad mouth customers for your lack of proper communication about promotions. If you say $95 "out the door", then tell the customer it's going to be $700 more 5 minutes later after taking payment and telling them they're on a payment plan, the customer is going to be confused at the minimum. She wasted my time, badmouthed me, then acted like everything was my fault by telling me "she's not going to be able to resell this phone now because of me". Like I understand the ins and outs of T-mobiles Iphone promotions.... All I wanted was a replacement phone and guidance on how to go about that.

This location is not run well. The employees make you feel like you are bothering them when you enter. They also talk down to customers. I was also given “free” AirPods and not told I had to do a rebate. I will only go in to this location as a last resort.
