I was due for a haircut this weekend, and my husband encouraged me to try this salon since it’s known as one of the best in town. Walking in, I could definitely see why it has that reputation — the space is gorgeous and the reception staff was welcoming and professional.
I had done the quiz on their website beforehand and was matched with Anne-Marie, so I booked with her. She started by washing my hair, and I added on a treatment, but she never actually told me what she was using. No bottles shown, no explanation — for all I know, it could have just been water. That already felt a little off.
When it came to the haircut, I showed her several inspiration pictures and said I trusted her to do something similar that would suit me. What I got was the most basic interpretation possible — not a bad cut, but nothing special, and certainly not what I expected from a $100 appointment at a top salon. The blowout was the biggest letdown: it added zero volume, and honestly looked no different from how my hair looks if I just let it air-dry at home.
I had specifically asked at the beginning for her to walk me through the process so I could learn how to recreate the blowout myself, but she didn’t explain anything. When I asked for product recommendations, all she suggested were the styling products she had just used, which felt like more of a sales pitch than real advice. I was hoping for guidance on shampoos, conditioners, or something more tailored to my hair. She also never mentioned what shampoo or conditioner she used during the wash. On top of that, the overall vibe during the appointment felt checked-out — like she was either tired or just not interested in engaging.
In the end, the experience was… fine. But for a salon of this level and the price they charge, “fine” is really disappointing. I walked out feeling like I could’ve gotten the exact same result from an average salon for half the price. Definitely not worth it.

I recently visited Ten salon for a cut in color and I'm thrilled with results! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The color process was fantastic and Brooke absolutely nailed the vibrant yet natural shade I wanted! The new salon is beautiful, modern and comfortable and felt absolutely luxurious.

Wow the new location is over the top cool.. super nice!.. check out the coffee & wine bar!..you have to experience it. Highly trained staff. If you want to see how a top service business operates check it out… great hair stylists too 😀

Tracey S is absolutely fabulous every time I sit in her chair. I give my highest rating for her! Ten Salon is a Ten with Tracey!
Beautifully designed salon with a sense of peacefulness and comfort.
I have thick, coarse hair and Tracey knows exactly how to cut, highlight and style my hair to make me feel fabulous. She always takes the extra time with me to make me keep going back! I always feel pampered and beautiful when I leave. I never feel like she is pushed for time to give me the one on one attention I need and actually want!
I always get one on one attention and it shows in my hair. If I could give TEN STARS for Tracey at Ten Salon I absolutely would! Book fast but don’t take my spot!! Lol

Maaaan, I almost hate to write this review because it’ll prolly make it harder for me to get an appointment, but my stylist Tammy Card is just THE BEST. She’s personable, funny, and gives me a great haircut so that I can hang out and fit in with the cool kids. She also makes my wife look even more beautiful than she already is, which I surely appreciate! 💇♂️
Your visit will start out with a friendly and welcoming greeting from Joslyn Brown, and a cold beverage if you like. Then, off to the back of the salon with you for a nice shampoo. Once that’s done, enjoy your awesome haircut from Tammy. Actually though, try someone besides Tammy so that you don’t steal my appointment. 😂

I have been coming to TEN Salon probably since Sheila Alesch opened this talented and exquisite salon! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the variety of stylists and management.
I am looking forward to TEN Salon’s GRAND new opening!

Professional salon & experienced artists but…no price transparency, I was charged $88 to dry my hair and given a color gloss treatment that was a bit too dark. I came in hoping for a balayage but ended up with highlights and darker hair than when I came in, and was charged $100 more than what I was originally quoted at. Still a very nice color job but definitely not was I was hoping for. Probably wouldn’t recommend because of how crazy their pricing is for what you get, slightly disappointing experience overall.

I went to Ten Salon to get a shampoo and hairstyle because I was going to an event on that day. Sarah was my stylist. My hairstyle turned out horrible. My hair looked like my top had been smashed with both sides protruding!
I had to rushed home to re-wash and style my hair myself! Not a pleasant experience. A waste of $75 plus a tip!
