After working with Sydney, I no longer need surgery to repair damage to my pelvic floor. She is all about making you do the hard work, but having fun while getting the results!

Excellent instruction and atmosphere! I love the variety of Pilates classes offered in addition to individual sessions, and Transformation has the best barre in town!
