Horrible service. Can’t reach anyone by phone. Also our mail delivery person throws the packages at the door and has broken my mail box by slamming it Of course nothing is being done to improve this situation. Extremely unprofessional

The clerks and management try their best to please every customer and ensure their problems are solved and resolved promptly. It’s up to us customers to not have nasty attitudes about the mail/packages or other issues because they can only try to help us. They’re not magical mail gods. You’ll need the information to help them help you. No they cannot track a stamp. No they can’t track your package by looking up your address. No having an attitude or yelling at them is going to make them help you faster. We as the customer also have to make helping them easy instead of believing you’re the only person in the world mailing something out. There are millions of mailing mailing something out of course the mail maybe delayed. Just be conscious of how you treat the people who only try to help you

They routinely lose parcels, can’t track anything, and don’t take responsibility for stolen items that occur in their possession. The customer service is terrible at this location. Bonnie is particularly obtuse.
UPDATE: I mailed a parcel on June 11. Asia was the person who received it. It was supposed to be sent priority post to Canada. HOWEVER, Asia failed to type in the information into the computer because the line was too long and she needed to help other customers. In addition to this, she had me fill out photocopied customs declaration forms with carbon paper in between (this location had not bothered to restock these routine forms). The information I wrote down did not transfer properly between copies. She told me it was not going to be an issue when I questioned this. My parcel did not leave the facility for three days. I opened a case and came in and spoke with Bonnie who refused to try and track it. The next day I magically received a tracking update that it was in Miami. Bonnie closed the case. On Monday the tracking showed it was in Montreal (Canada). On Tuesday it was shipped to Germany. For an entire week I have tried to get information on my parcel. It’s still saying it’s in Germany. Now I have to wait 35 days in order to file a lost package and the shipping rate of $47 will not be reimbursed??? USPS are the WORST mail service on the planet. It isn’t a wonder they have equally inept workers. Shipping and mailing is your job and you failed from the beginning of this shipment. These people take absolutely no responsibility for anything. Beware of posting anything valuable.

The service here is usually pretty bad, especially during rush hours—expect long lines and slow staff. It has improved a little recently, which is why I gave it 3 stars instead of less. Unfortunately, prices just keep going up on everything, making it harder to justify coming here. If you have other options, I’d recommend avoiding this place.

The employees at the Ponte Vedra Beach Post Office have the most miserable and unprofessional attitudes I have ever experienced! I have only lived in the area for 6 years and have been shocked by the terrible service and attitudes that I have consistently encountered here. The employees at this location should NEVER be in a Customer Service position, they don't care and they clearly show it! The only thing that USPS has to offer IS Customer Service, and this location fails terribly. If I could give it zero stars, I would!!!

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I left in shock at how terrible the customer service was and did not mail my package. Will only use ups from now on.

I fully support the USPS and everything they do. But their phone service is atrocious. I called to make sure they would be able to help me package a large item, was told yes absolutely we will be able to package that for you. I haul the item all the way inside, just to be told no we don't package for you. Why wasn't I told that over the phone? Such a massive waste of time that I actively tried to avoid by calling beforehand.
