5-star experience at the Verizon store in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. It was 100 percent turnkey - Lakan and Noah spent 90 minutes with us assisting in the purchase of two new phones and switching to Verizon home wireless. She even set up the router where all we had to do was plug it in when we got home - no need for us to log on with new username and password on any devices. They were as good as it gets with customer service, even helping us ways to maximize what we spend each month. Customer for life as long as we work with great people like this!

I just switched my phone provider to Verizon today. Had such a great experience. Jasmyne was super helpful and knowledgeable and made the transfer seamless. Got a new phone and a new Apple Watch and I’m paying so much less per month. 🥰

This is my second time being saved from technology doom at this location! Jermaine was helpful for fixing my first problem and then 2 months later, saved me again! Helpful and patient. Saved him in my phone because I know something else will pop up and guess who I’ll come looking for….!
