Absolutely the worst . Over 100 reviews that are 1 start. How is this possible? They earned it. Understaffed, and overworked unhappy rude staff that provides little to no help , absolutely no courtesy, pleasantry or kindness whatsoever.

I wish I could give zero stars. This Walgreens pharmacy has consistently shown complete disregard for customers, and my experience yesterday was the last straw.
I tried calling the pharmacy and was on hold for over 30 minutes, which would be frustrating enough—except this isn’t the first time. In the past, I’ve stood in the store watching the pharmacy staff ignore the phone as I stood there on hold on speaker phone while they casually gossip behind the counter. It’s clear they’re just choosing not to answer.
When I went in to pick up my prescription, I politely asked for clarification about the dosage and quantity. Before I could even finish, the pharmacist cut me off mid-sentence, assuming what I was asking. When I finally got a word in, she confirmed the prescription details were correct. So I came back later expecting a smooth pickup.
Instead, I was met by the rudest, most condescending woman I’ve ever encountered at a pharmacy—a blonde woman with curly hair. I spoke clearly, yet she asked my name three times, each time with increasing irritation and disrespect, like I was a child or an idiot. She charged me for my medication, which has always been fully covered, and only gave me half the amount I’ve consistently received for over a year.
When I calmly asked why I was being charged for the first time, she asked me eight times, in the most belittling tone, “How was it free before?” as if I were lying or incapable of understanding basic billing. She made no effort to check or explain anything—just pure attitude.
As I left, I realized I’d been shorted on my medication. I had to turn around and go back, and only then did a different (much more helpful) pharmacist assist me—she refunded the charge and acknowledged the mistake.
This is more than just poor service. It’s blatant disrespect, laziness, and unprofessional behavior. I strongly suggest others take their prescriptions elsewhere if they want to be treated like a human being.

Kaitlyn in photo tech was a big help. She rang up multiple sets of customers while working on a passport photo for us after asking for assistance which came 10 minutes later. This is only a one star review solely for her manager Azra who came up front and was very rude to her teammate stating to “ONLY CALL HER OUT THERE WHEN SOMEONE WAS IN LINE. Ummm Azra not sure what type of day you were having but no excuse to get upset with your co workers because you walked out to assist at the precise time she finished checking out 4 sets of customers and there was no one there when you arrived. Great way to show your Leadership there lol. Kaitlyn you were great we appreciate you, even if your team doesn’t.

The pharmacy is AWFUL. I've never in my life experienced such pathetic customer service. Every. Single. Time. NOT ONE employee greets you. They walk by you over & over ignoring you until it's convenient for them to get to you. No smiles. No kindness. Just, ugh what do you want? I HATE having to come here.

The Mens Room was not up to standard. Although there was a seemingly hygienic blue light in the toilet paper dispenser, the toilet seat was completely broken and there were no protective covers. For a company that prides itself on health-centric services, I was surprised at this degree of neglect.

The worst pharmacy. Workers are incredibly rude in pharmacy and act as if you're bothering them when you approach the counter.

I have now been on hold for over an hour. This is absolutely ridiculous. In need my medication filled for my asthma. This is not a joke and I am beyond frustrated. It is not from my doctors end it's yours.

Walgreens what happened?!
You used to be great and I loved going there! The Pharmacy employees are not friendly. They are rude and act bothered. The cashiers up front are friendly, it’s just the pharmacy employees that need a better attitude. Bring back the former management and staff that Ponte Vedra grew to love!

Hello Walgreens corporate. This store has terrible pharmacy service. The woman working the afternoon of 6/3/24 is extremely rude, argumentative and disrespectful to your customers. I am moving all of my prescriptions to one of your competitors. Anyone reading this review, just look at all of the other one-star reviews before doing business with these people. You have been warned.
