Disappointed After a Great Experience Elsewhere
I’ve had an amazing experience with Maddie, the groomer at the Town Center location, so when I found out this location was closer, I thought, why not give it a try?
The front desk girl was polite but didn’t feel very welcoming — she seemed a bit disengaged and was eating both times I came in, which made it feel like just a job to her.
When I came to pick up my dog, I overheard a groomer yelling “stop” at a dog through a door. I’m not sure what was going on, but that’s definitely not something I want to hear from someone caring for my pet.
Overall, this location just didn’t live up to the warm, professional experience I’ve had with Maddie at Town Center.

Walk- in for a nail grind. They were busy. Groomers were friendly and welcoming Our dogs were handled very nice and quick! Thankyou!

We have been bringing our senior pomeranian here for 2 years now. The groomers are very nice and thorough. He has hips problems, so he can not stand for long times. He is always happy and trimmed properly, which is very hard to do with him. In the past, he wouldn't walk for a whole day after grooming from being sore, not now.

They really went the extra mile with our puppy. His fur was incredibly matted. The groomer did an amazing job with him and they are a pleasure to work with.

I like the quality of food I purchase here but will likely find another retailer. The girl at front desk isn’t the kindest. I never think much of it, I don’t expect the red carpet. But I walked in to buy one bag of treats because the lights were on and the sign was open. Other guests were shopping but she was quick to very rudely tell me they were closed. I’m a reasonable person but the tone and manner rubbed me the wrong way considering how much money I spend here and the person who held the door open for me was allowed to shop.

The best groomers in town! So sweet to my girls who are both anxious. They leave so happy and cute! I’ve seen them for 4+ years now and I love that they can print a full receipt for each year so I can itemize. Thank you to all of the amazing stylists and employees at WoofGang!

They always have the best treats and Fluff and tough toys. Our dogs and our granddogs llve this store! They are the best !! We used to have to go all the way to Savannah years ago to that location. Now we have our very own store here in Nocatee and in Avondale! ????

I have been taking my beloved furry best friend for a couple years now. He is always happy to go in for grooming and get pampered! The professionals at Woof Gang are always courteous and nice. Scheduling is easy and their system sends text messages to remind you of the appointments, I find that very helpful since I always seem to forget!

Fun place. It made me want to buy so many things for my dog. 4 stars because it's so expensive.
