Unaware of their policy, my 16 year old daughter accompanied me into the store. We were abruptly demanded to show our IDs without reasoning and told she was not welcome in their store. She left and went to sit in the car. After which, I was informed by Jen, the clerk checking me out, that my daughter should watch how she looks at people, that someone would punch her in face someday for looking at them like that. I did not entertain her comment, however, I called corporate and never received a call back. I was not told their policy while in the store, however, I have since looked on the website and apparently if you are under 21 you are not allowed to even come in. That would be my error, however, the comments were completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I put a star because I can't put any, they don't have any education, they are Americans without any education, they kicked me out of the store when I went with some friends because I went in to buy ice and my friends bought drinks and I was with them and they took me out of the store with The woman who was there as the boss was very rude and did not want to sell the drink to my friends because I was present and I am 26 years old and I had already bought there before.

What a beautiful store and we'll stocked. The aisles were clear, and items were faced. Staff was helpful. The exterior of the store is beautiful and nicely landscaped. Plenty of parking, online pick up is labeled on Red and well marked, and they have handicap accessible parking and entry into the store. The store is on the corner of Hancock and Tamiami Trail.

Was in there laughing having a good time went to cash out the "shift leader" was rude no hi how are you "can I see your IDs" I said well hi how are you, killed my mood instantly

Beautiful new store. Stopped for wine and a gift. Asked The wine sommelier to assist me when he was finished with the customer he was helping. He never returned, after I waited for some time. Once he left the checkout area, I decided to just purchase a few hundred dollars worth of table wine, and that's it. I did mention to the clerk that checked me out. She apologized.I wanted to purchase another bottle (that they did not have nor offer to order), which was also a pricey wine. Granted, I was in a tie-dye T-shirt and yoga pants, but they missed out on a large sale and any other future, important purchases. Nice store though, if you don't need help.
