I am missing a board that stops my foundation from moving under my headboard. Have been to customer service and also write to corporate. crickets. would not recommend any company associated with Ashley furniture. They don't stand behind their products.

Don't walk, run away from this place. I purchased a sectional that was not made correctly and had deformed cushions. I had purchased the protection plan for $219.00 with Safeware through Ashley. After a year and a half after having my claim submitted and approved I was told by Safeware that I would be credited for the item because the Port Charlotte Ashley failed to correct my issue. They used the hurricane as an excuse but this was an ongoing issue long before the hurricane. All I was asking for was a few new cushions with new fabric. This would have cost me nothing. Low and behold, the same item in appearance (the Luxora) was now almost twice as much and had a new sku (very convenient based on all the bad reviews for the same thing I experienced) The owner acted like he was doing me a favor to sell it to me at a reduced rate costing me an additional $424.00 in addition to the $219 I paid for the insurance. Once I received the new item it was apparent that the chaise lounge chair issue not being the proper size, an issue which i called about when I first received the original had been corrected on the new sku sectional. So not only was the premature cushion deformation an issue but my complaint about the chaise after delivery was correct. I was told that it was normal for it not to fit correctly and for there to be a huge gap. I covered it with a deco pillow but it was not right and should have been replaced then. I have all of my photos, videos and correspondence to submit my formal complaint with corporate office, update my CFPB (the only reason my issue was escalated with Safeware) and the BBB. When they sell you the insurance policy they make a verbal claim "If your item can't be repaired, it will be replaced", they don't add the caveat that it will cost you additional money. Safeware also forced me to do business with this same company. It was not like I was given the option to take the credit amount offered and shop elsewhere. I was forced to deal with this store and now I plan to let everyone know about my experience. I really hope the $424 was worth it.

My wife and I purchased all our furniture for our new house from Ashley in Port Charlotte in 2019. We are snow birds so it only received 3 seasons of use. We purchased the warranty for our “leather “ couch and loveseat and we were told it protected them from any damage. We’ll, after 3 seasons we had the leather peel. We called the warranty company, they sent someone out and they said it wasn’t covered. The material peeled while I was wiping it with leather cleaner. Called and left 2 messages with Ashley. No response. Drove there and spoke to Anthony the manager who said this happens all the time. And it’s because of whatever is in peoples hair. No attempt to do anything to rectify our problem. I can only say that the furniture is junk and won’t last through the warranty that is useless. Buyer beware!!!! He said it happens all the time! Never spend money at Ashley.

We were there a couple of months ago. It's merged along with bacon furniture. I had heard of Ashley, so checked it out and was introduced to bacon really nice combination these two stores. Javier assisted us over three days and made a pretty good purchase. Delivery service was great and the deals they have because they need to clear. The floor for remodel was nice. Definitely will be back.

Not the best atmosphere, so flipping hot it makes it difficult to shop. Great sales lady Mary Anne.

Meh. Don't bother. We were there to refurnish our entire condo that had been trashed by Ian. They didn't have the couch we wanted but told us we could call other stores. I asked if she could do it while we were there, and was told no, they are a franchise and don't talk to the other stores. So, we left not purchasing all the other furniture we needed since we were going to have to go to another store anyway. Had she called around and found us the couch, we would have bought the other items there, but I certainly wasn't going to give a commission on what I expected to be at least a 20k purchase to someone who couldn't make a phone call. Then, I wrote an email to them explaining what happened and suggested they might want to revise their "don't help the customer" policy. They never even bothered to respond. So, since they can't bother, I suggest you find a store that will.

They have severe hurricane damage & are selling damaged furniture. It's a junk store with ruined furniture. Their insurance already paid for the inventory they lost, and instead of getting rid of it the scheisters are selling it lol!? Don't waste your time!?

Placed an order in September 2022. I was told the couch would be delivered within two months. Hurricane happened. I expected delays. Called several times in December, Janurary, and lastly in Feburary. I was told several different delivery estimates. I updated my credit card information with them twice as the charges were being dropped after extended hold periods. I was told the couch would finally be delivered in Janurary or Feburary. Called today and was informed my order has been cancelled, and I must reorder. Customer service has no idea why it was cancelled. Waited 5 months for a couch to be delivered, only for Ashley to cancel it. Made over 10 phone calls regarding the order. Not a chance I would start over by reordering, then wait another two months for the sofa to maybe be delivered. Colossal time wasters. Take your business elsewhere, unless you enjoy massive headaches.

Bought furniture and thought everything was good was told has warranty for anything that goes wrong (important since I have a 5 year old) also told they make better furniture then the other place we bought from before and wouldn’t need to worry about the peeling leather because they use real and it doesn’t do that. The leather is peeling already (faster then the cheap stuff) and put in the warranty and was told they won’t cover it because you have to know exactly when and what broke it (again small child) and it is probably wear and tear on furniture that has nearly even been used as it is a separate unused family room. So now I have to interrogate a five year into telling what happened which I still don’t see the point it’s broken and has coverage so who cares what time and day it was broken

Bought a leather recliner for $1,500 right about 1 year later the back at the headrest area started peeling a lot , the store sent someone out to take pictures, then a couple months later I called, they then decided it was past the 1 year warranty so they wouldn't replace the back. We had purchased the extended warranty so I called that company , after months of going back and forth they said it was from NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, really? this is my husbands chair , he doesn't use hairspray or anything in his hair , this is from crappy leather but we payed a lot of money , I will never buy any leather furniture from them , the spot is still getting bigger , about 5 inches round , looks horrible, I wish I could post a picture on here. Don't buy from them and don't waste your money on extended warranty

Purchased a mattress that is less than 6 months old and already sleeps like we have had it for years. Mattress has visible divots that you can even see when it’s made. A tech came to inspect and submit a report and after another couple months of unreturned phone calls, the promise of a new/different mattress (by Rita) and we still have nothing. What we have experienced is lackluster customer service from a majority of the staff and zero warranty as promised or outlined in Ashley or Bacons mission statements. We have all been through Ian and that is NO excuse for delays, blatantly not calling back and not making good. Be wary where you spend your money. It’s worse than a slick and shady used car salesman. So disgusted and disappointed!
