After going to a third party AT&T store on king's highway and finding out our bill wasn't matching up with what we were told, we were sent to the corporate store on 41. within 5 minutes an employee by the name of Chandace assisted us. She was very concerned over our situation and was extremely professional and helpful. She asked us to give her an opportunity to reach her manager and make it right. The next day she got back to us that we had been credited everything that was told to us that had been charged. We will be forever thankful for her and her dedication and caring of her customers. We have been using the AT&T on 41 for the last 20 years and only went to the new one on king's highway out of convenience but have found out that honorable and caring service is worth the drive. Can't say enough about Chandace and how absolutely awesome she is and grateful we are. She was turning a bad situation into a good one and is an asset to AT&T. We are glad she will be around for us in the near future.

Traded in my pixel 7 for a pixel 9 pro
Everything was going well until services stopped and told me I was blocked
Went into the store and the representative put my new phone as the trade in and not my old phone and ATT labeled the phone stolen
Waited 2.5 hours one day to just be told to come back tomorrow we have to get you a new phone which we don't have currently
Show up next day wait an hour for them to tell me more bad news, they have no idea what's wrong and how to fix it. They emailed someone and are going to wait
So I'm left without a phone for God knows when
And after 25 years with ATT I'm forced, literally forced to go to another service provider because I need my device like everyone else for work.
I now owe money for a phone that I cant use and don't have any ATT can't give me a new one.
Goodbye.

If you wanna experience the worst customer service ever come to this store. I recently went to get new phones for me and a family member. For starters, the store was empty, the associate named William that greeted us seemed like he didn’t want to even talk to me at all. He just asked in a careless way “what phones do you want?” I wasn’t even sure. Isn’t his job to support and educate me as client about their products, their promotions etc? When I decided on the phones I mentioned that I was trading in my previous ones and I wanted to change one of the phone numbers on the plan. In less than 30 mins visit his only words to me were; this is how much you have to pay in taxes and do you have a question for me? I left and when I called att customer to deactivate the old phone number I found out that he had added protection plans without my consent to my lines and he never mentioned that if I closed a phone line I was gonna lose my trade ins credits. Now I have an extra line to pay for 90 days straight to be able to get my credit. On top of that I found out later that by getting the new iphone 16 i was going to get a promotion adding a new iwatch for only 9.99 monthly and that wasn’t mentioned to me either. This is terrible!!! I know how customer service is supposed to be and this was beyond disappointing ! I hope this associate (Willian) gets the same terrible treatment wherever he goes!

My phone number accidentally got canceled through a customer service rep on the phone. I came into the store and spoke to.Chandace About the situation I was having because no one at the customer service line knew how to help me. She went above and beyond what anyone should ever do to help me, She was unbelievable not only. Did she stay after hours she contacted the right people To help her fix the problem and she did!!! The best AT&T employee ever!!! If anyone ever needs anything dealing with AT&T, go see her the best in the business!!!!

Every time I come into the store, somebody opens the door for me find a table and chair to sit down immediately and we begin to discuss the issues I’ve happened be having basically my inexperience and knowledge in the iPhone 15 I greatly appreciate everybody there, but especially the guy with the beard And the shaved head he does a fantastic job and I’m much appreciate all this help and solving my issues. I’d like to take a class and 15 thank you Mahalo Aloha

My phone was not working - David helped me in minutes! I couldn’t make calls, text or gmail. I thought I had been hacked & was FREAKED! He was reassuring & cool & capable… he fixed problem in minutes.

SIM card quit working, Mike was able to replace the SIM card quickly and I was on my way! Great customer service. Plus it was free!
