I got a flat while I was close to this store. I was three hours from home and didn’t know anyone in the area and was panicking. The team were all very kind, especially Tony, who put air in my tire so I could make it to somewhere to have it changed. Thank you all so much!

I called Autozone and spoke with Tony, he was professional, polite and patient with all my questions . I went there and Tony. RJ and Jordan were great and helped resolve my issues. I will definitely go there again!! They are very knowledgeable.

With a second home near here I find myself coming to this AutoZone for the random things that pop up on vacation. This was a gasket kit for a 1970's Era carburetor and some line wrenches. They had it sitting on the shelf and with associates humble enough to ask me questions to make sure I got what I needed. Friendly and helpful folks here, glad it's nearby.

I went to the shop on Peachland and found out that my three week old battery was bad; they didn’t have another, so they called this store to see if they had it/if they could change it (it was within warranty). I was told after the phone call that they had it and said to head over. When I got there, I was greeted with hostility and “I must have answered the call in the heat of the moment, I can’t change that.” While I understood it was sprinkling, I told him that I could wait until it passed when he said “You have no concerns for my safety!” I was blown away by the lack of customer service, and even at the minimal KINDNESS, after being told to go there! The store on Cochran was incredibly more accommodating and helpful.

Thay found out that it was my battery was bad and I had to replace it and they replaced it for me and they did a great job and excellent customer service ☺️

You need to make this your number one place. They have the knowledge about AC, check engine lights and so much more. They get three giant warehouse deliveries a day. Their prices are as low and lower than the competition and they are genuinely nice people to deal with. Forget the other auto stores and just come here. The rewards pile up quickly too.

One of The employees didn’t know how to physically or want to order a simple alternator part and told me that he had me in the system for Wednesday at noon (even though they technically can’t hold parts for that long) because I was also suppose to get a call back and nobody has even attempted to call me back.. Very unhelpful ! So I can only imagine the customer service inside the store?

I was fortunate enough to make it to store #1280 and get helped by the wonderful worker RJ. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable on all that I asked him. He saved me so much time and stress. Keep in mind, a couple days prior, I went to (6) SIX different stores for my EXTREMELY SIMPLE problem. All of them supposedly couldn't help me. Once I made it to store #1280, RJ fixed my problem within less than (20) twenty minutes. So with all that said, I had to compliment him and let his higher ups know. Hope he is rewarded for his great service.
