Drs and techs and reception have always been very pleasant and kind however cost is getting outrageous. 80$ for office visit, almost 25$ for cat nail trim!! I am seriously going to shop around.

The best. All of the staff is caring and know their stuff! We have been clients for almost 6 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. The new changes that allow appointments as well as walkins is awesome. Thank you.

Everyone was very friendly and Dr. McCracken was so nice and understanding of our problem, she explained everything so I could take care of my dog correctly. It was nice to be treated with kindness being so far from home.

I have been taken our dog and cat to the clinic for the past 2 years. I was always happy with the staff and doctors ,very professional and friendly. Last December I took our Ferret tothe clinic for a tooth extraction . I meet the Doctor 2 wks before the procedure to make sure our lil girl is in good hands . I had questions about the procedure and if the clinic was the right choice for us. I was happy with the doctors answers and felt much better when I left . According to the doctor ,this is a simple procedure and she dealt with ferrets before . She is confident about the procedure.Everything changed on December 20/23 I walked out of the clinic with a dead ferret. She did not make it ,she died during the procedure. I do understand that these things happen, wouldn't be the first time. What upsets me is that I had to call that clinic 2x to find out what is wrong with our lil girl . I got no update on her well being during the day . She was dropped of at 8 am and I finally was told after 3 pm that she is in distress. When I arrived at the clinic I was told she passed away, but nobody could tell me why ,what went wrong . I was told she was older and her heart gave up . That even if she survived eventually she would have died due to her bad teeth, if she was in the wild she would not have made it. I felt it was 1 excuse after another , how do I go home with a dead ferret who was joyful, and playful in the am and tell my grandkids ur lil girl is dead. I was told , well these things happen that she was old. No this did not work for these kids or for me.They are still heartbroken. I honestly believe our ferret was not in the hands of a professional staff that has enough knowledge about exotic animals. And I was charged $400.00 for a a dead pet . In my opinion ,before chosing this clinic for exotics plz do your homework I wished I had.

I had an emergency and I know Saturday are walk in only but they got me in right away to address my dogs health. They recommended I needed a specialist and I did take him the same day but unfortunately he passed. When I called them to update on what happened the compassion they showed on the phone was very sincere. Even the vet took time and called me in the evening to say how sorry she was when she heard the outcome. They are great people and highly recommend them

I have found my new Animal Clinic!!! My 3yr old ShihTzu only has one eye and she developed an ulcer in her only eye! They attacked this ulcer full on with meds and we were able to reduce the ulcer and we saved her eye! I am so thrilled with this Clinic!!! U am now taking all 4 of my pets to them! Highly recommend Charlotte Animal Hospital

Other veterinary places would not cut my dog's nails, they insisted that he be a patient first. He is a recent rescue, and I wasn't sure who would be his veterinary primary care, but when your hospital had no problem with cutting his nails, you will now be his primary veterinary care for when we are down here.

From the front desk to the back, everyone was so polite, helpful and made me feel everything would be ok. I like that they kept you up to date with the price so you could make an informed decision financially.Dr. Pickett was very polite and professional, as well as her assistant. I am sorry I do not recall her name but she was fantastic.
