Charlotte Jewelry has a GREAT Jeweler. He has repaired a number of my pieces of jewelry. All in a Timely and Cost Effective Manner.

A few months ago I dropped my gold necklace off to get the clasp fixed and they quoted me $60. When I came back to pick up the necklace the final cost was $180. I was more than a little surprised to pay that much to just have the clasp fixed. My mom went there today to price how much it would cost to restore her wedding band set to its original condition. She also went to Westchester Gold to get a quote. Westchester Gold was $200 cheaper than Charlotte Jewelry. Now I'm wishing I went to Westchester Gold to get my necklace fixed. I'll know better next time.

These people had no problem selling a $40 chain for almost $400. They rip off customers.

Needed replacement lost Locking clip on a studded diamond earring. They had it for a fair price. The only negative was it is very hard to find a parking spot.

They took a link out of my watch band while I waited for no charge and installed a new band on my wife’s watch for her. Excellent service and reasonable priced.

Fantastic helpful people I broke my eyeglasses the eyeglass shops could not fix them so I brought them to Charlotte jewelers they went out of their way to repair the tiniest broken screw for the side piece and their price was great for all their hard work I highly recommend Charlotte jewelers for all your jewler needs including prescription eye wear.

Ripoff! Scammm! Bait and switch!I checked pricing before coming in for a minor single solder. Price was a range, yet reasonable, told as under thirty.I had a friend drop off my piece while I was traveling. Upon receiving the information regarding the charge, I was informed they charged 56% MORE for work.I contacted the store to find rudeness, twisting of the conversation, repeating incorrectly several times what the OWNER thought I said, her assumptions of my friendship and more, it was SO UNPROFESSIONAL!She INSISTED THE EXORBITANT CHARGE WAS VALID claiming both ends needed repairs when one end was fully intact and fine! She said because my friend picked it up and signed for it, its legit. He wasn't aware of the details of the conversation or the damage they convinced him of! He was merely a messenger! She hung up the phone abruptly leaving the understanding that they are aware that they are high unscrutable!Update: The Rudeness Continues! The owner phones my friend/point of contact. She ADMITS TO HANGING UP THE PHONE ON ME TO HIM!WELL! Idiocy runs rampant! She keeps insisting using words like girlfriend, wife, partner to describe me even though she's been corrected 20 times by then! She insists on overriding my agreement with the original price quoted offering excuse after excuse in defenseIts EMBARRASSING THAT A BIZ OWNER WOULD DO THIS!

I went there Saturday with my engagement ring which had the entire setting knocked off when I hit it in a filing cabinet at work. It need to be resoldered and since I was there I asked to get it re-sized a half size smaller. Took about 20 minutes to get my quote and it was $410. I said "no thank you - that's much more than I thought" The lady responded that it was an expensive ring. Really? So you want to charge me more because it's worth a lot? I asked what the resize fee was and she said $69. She also mentioned that they buy gold and if I wanted to sell any it would defray the cost. I said no and wanted my ring back. She was annoyed. I then went to Westchester Gold and I am getting my ring re-sized for $30 and the repair itself $70. BIG DIFFERENCE. Maybe I got her on an off-day but looking at some other reviews of this place, I'm glad I didn't go with her "quote"...

I love this Place! I had all my jewlery fixed there and they do an excellent job. Also during the Covid pandemic no one wanted to change the battery for my watch except them and they are reasonable. Highly recommend them.
