He took it immediately within a couple hours had it working like brand new after nine years of very hard use running three business'. I live in Hilton Head Island South Carolina and this time my Dell laptop took a crap, the computer was only two and a half years old in the battery already went bad and the heat sink connection came unattached. I spent half the day Thursday going to different computer folks on Hilton Head and no one was going to be able to touch it until 5 days later the following Monday... which was not going to work. I called Mark and drove six hours down here and it was fixed within 2 hours small family business customer service beyond belief cannot do better than Julia, Mark, and a to z.
