Penny and Nanci were so knowledgeable and helpful! They answered all of my questions, took time to made sure I understood what I was purchasing and checkout was quick and easy!!

The lady working was straight-up rude for no reason. My friend and I went in to grab some shampoo—we ran out and were on vacation. We did quietly mention to each other that the store smelled a bit off, but definitely not loud enough to cause any issues. As we were walking out, she loudly complained about us being rude. There were no other interactions, so I’m honestly confused as to why she would even say that.

I usually love coming here to shop most of the staff are helpful. Today not so the dark haired girl with red in her hair is so rude and unhelpful. My mom is the stylist and I came to help her carry as there are no bags anymore, I had a question couldnt find the sales girl she finally appeared with her phone and continued to ignore us. Finally she gestured her head to the product we were looking for. A smile costs nothing and why no paper receipts? I hope our regular lady is there next time we go.

I always love coming here with my mom to stock up on all of our personal items, but also great gift sets for the holidays. They always have some great deals!
But the last time I went with my mom I had such a horrible experience with the lady working. I don’t remember her name, but she had dark hair with red roots and let me tell you she had NO customer service skills. As soon as we walked through the door my mom had an exchange she had to do before the rest of our shopping and she was rude right off bat with that. She kept going to the stock room do do whatever it was she was handling back there and I had a question about some hair gel for my son. When I called for her from around the corner she acted like was inconveniencing
her. We kept shopping around and when it was time to check out we had to search for her again, and then at the register she barley said 2 words and was in such a rush to get away from that register. When we were leaving my mom saw long hemps lotions on sale that we wanted to get cause it was such a good deal! But we decided to pass on it and just leave because she made it so uncomfortable to even be in the store.
Usually the girls there are so pleasant, but this lady really ruined that time for me and my mom that we usually enjoy together.

Miss Cathy really helped me by finding out if I was in the system so I could buy supplies for my business. If she didn’t pursue I would’ve been content with not buying anything. Since she didn’t give up I was very happy to walk out with my supplies.

This store stands out as my new personal favorite!The store is impeccably maintained, with ample inventory of all available items. The knowledgeable staff members effortlessly addressed all of our queries and furthermore, offered valuable advice on maintaining my optimal hair care!
