I went to CVS to look for a particular type of bandage that my dermatologist recommended. When I couldn’t find it, I asked someone in the pharmacy for help. She immediate came out to the aisle and found what I was looking for! Very kind and friendly!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for years as near my work, but today they lost a customer. I came in to pick up a prescription for my mom who is visiting from overseas and fell and broke her shoulder in 3 places on Saturday am. We saw the orthopedic surgeon in Venice this morning and they sent her a prescription for Hydrocodone to help until her surgery on Tuesday. I was told they had the prescription but refused to fill it because it was “from Venice”. I offered to show all the surgery paperwork and even bring my mom in from the car if needed, but no. When I asked what difference where the surgeon is, I was told I had to speak to the pharmacist as it’s up to her and she won’t fill orders for restricted meds from Venice! When I got to speak to her, she said it’s a restricted drug and she wouldn’t fill it. I asked why and explained my mom has no history of pain med prescriptions or anything like that (they can see that), she has a very painful broken shoulder that she is having replaced on Tuesday! The pharmacist then changed her response and said they suddenly don’t have it in stock. Unbelievable. The doctor has sent it to Publix and removed CVS as an option as apparently they’ve had so many issues with them. I get the caution around this drug, but when sent in this way with all evidence, it’s very disappointing and to be honest ridiculous.

Julianna is the worst customer service ever. Multiple trips here she does not greet you , say hi, bye, thank you. No smile nothing. Told to different managers and you can tell they just tip toe around her. One manager said just come find me I'll ring you out. I will take my weekly business elsewhere. I am not going to hunt down someone for customer service 101.

Was waiting in line at the pharmacy drive thru for 20 minutes. When it was finally my turn to pick up a prescription the lady working put up a sign saying closed for lunch. She just looked at me and said "nope"

Andrew and Bethany were extremely helpful at Cvs. Help me with my coupons and I needed a few extra things while I was at checkout and they were very patient with me. Always a good experience when I go there.

If I could, I would give it zero star because it doesn't deserve it, these people at the pharmacy work with their bad faces looking like they're doing me a favor, when I'm there to pay for my medicine, they look like they're working for free because of the looks they give us .Unfortunately we are in a time where these young people have no respect for their elders, they treat the people who go there very badly and rude It's not the first time I've seen it with my own eyes, today I got there and as soon as they opened the pharmacy window at 10 in the morning their faces were already bad as if they didn't want to be there, I don't ask them to keep smiling, at least put on a normal face for work .....May God bless these young people, because one day they will become old, just like these elderly people go there and are poorly treated .Please Dear Manager of this pharmacy please do something my review is not the first, other people talking about it also

Never seen a more inept pharmacy. They all go on break at 1:30 which shuts the pharmacy down. No mention of this on their schedule. Also when I waited they only expedited one of my 2 prescriptions.

This kind of service is unacceptable and shows a lack of care for their customers. It is disappointing to see a company that was once trusted and reliable, deteriorate in this way. It is clear that CVS is not prioritizing their customers' needs and it would be wise to choose a different pharmacy, such as Publix, for your prescription needs.

Pharmacy service was excellent and completed in a timely manner. All personnel were friendly and courteous. It was a seamless experience getting a prescription refilled that was originally filled in another state. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

Drive thru been broken for a year, takes them 20 minutes to find one already ready prescription that's been already presorted alphabetically. Not sure what the issue is here but these people are LOST

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. I rarely leave a bad review, but this pharmacist needs to be removed. Horrible service, will,not assist you, and there are pill all over the floor near the pharmacist desk. It was a mess. Consider another pharmacy. 30 plus years CVS met our needs. We left them today.
