The only way I could recommend this store as a Fed Ex pick up point is if I have no other options. I was turned away from picking up a package that is rightfully mine because they had "no way to scan it out". Then we went back the next day and they had given the package back to Fed Ex. Then we go the NEXT day- store is outright closed during normal operating hours. No way to contact anyone, no one available for package pick up. If you're counting- we are up to 3 trips and 2 times they withheld it out of incompetency. At this point we called DG customer support who put us in touch with the district manager. He tells me he will call the staff and ensure I can get my package because they're still closed for technical issues. I arrive to the store, have to bang on the door, ask the district manager for help via phone, and wait. Eventually manager shows up and lets me in for my package. At this point I'm waiting yet again because the staff is running around the store looking for the proper gun to scan out my package. They didn't find it. The manager tells me she will use her phone to take a pic and scan it out later. (Note: this was the original reason I was denied pick up.) She asks me to verify address on package (Which is their address-hello?). It doesn't match so she asks me to verify name. I verify name. I go home. I get home. She gave me someone else's shipment. Now I have to go back and bang on the door again. If we are counting, this is 4 days and 5 trips just to get MY package. The lack of common sense and the lack of caring to get it right is the reason I'll never use this store again. Please also consider that she gave me someone else's (large and heavy aka valuable) package and because she didn't scan it out, would've had no way to know where that thing went had I not brought it back. Not only are they incompetent at giving you what's yours, they will apparently readily give your stuff away to someone else. The district manager and representative at the 800 # were the only positive thing about the interaction.

Store hours posted that the store is open, all the lights are on, doors locked and no employees in sight despite there being cars in the lot. This place is a joke. This is the SECOND time this exact thing has happened here.Is this a corporate store, because if so, they should really do better. Most unprofessional thing I've ever encountered. Employees just decide they don't feel like dealing with customers so they just lock the doors and get paid to sit in an empty store? Or do you just not have employees? Aside from the store closing mid day whenever they feel like it, the stuff on the shelves is usually expired, prices marked wrong, empty beer coolers with stacks of beer NEXT to the cooler. I can go on but what's the point. This store and their owner/management do not give a hoot about customer service or professionalism. I guess maybe I'm expecting too much from a dollar general.

Nathan Kenny Cassie and Matt are by far the best employee who have worked this location. Since cassie has taken over management the store has made a 100% improvememt.

The prices they are clearly posted on the shelf are not the price Dollar General charges customers . I brought pit up but the employees argue about it . Stay clear of this store

There has been dried rotten milk at the bottom of their coolers for far too long now. I and no one else appreciates smelling that when buying drinks hopefully this review will encourage them to clean it up.

Get there at 6:20pm paper sign on door says closed MONDAY Tuesday Wednesday at 5 pmThat's reduculous and there are 2 vehicles in parking lot. My semi broke down in front of. Watched several people drive in walk up and leave mad.

I absolutely LOVE this store . The cashier this morning on Thanksgiving day is an amazing person, Very professional and has a contagious smile . I would recommend anyone for there small shopping here . Dollar General keep that wounderfully employee you got there.

The absolute worst staff I have ever encountered. Every time I go there I am treated like I am an inconvenience. Or I watch the cashier treat someone else horrible. I promise myself every time I leave to never go back and yet out of convenience I am sucked back in and every single time I regret it. Unhelpful, sarcastic, will ignore you at the register, the absolute worst.
