As Ive said before… I will not rent storage space from any other company!! Extra Space Storage has always helped me in the past, and im talking about 10 or 15 years now!! If I need a bigger or smaller space, they help me to make the transition smooth and easy. You will not find any better deal out there!!

Clean well kept.
The RV area could use a brooming, there are leaves and pine needles on the ground that should be taken away.
People who store their RV's should be advised to pull in their slide outs when they are not there.
Love the electrical outlets, very useful. Personnel is very nice and friendly.

The facility is very nice and Lindy is very nice to deal with locally. I'm happy with unit, carts, etc. now that I can use it. The sales people who initially answer the phone however are crooks. I asked repeatedly if Property was OK after the storm, asked if it was flooded, etc. He just kept saying they had a clean unit ready and available. So I paid for it only to find out property was closed, no power or access. Misleading to say the least. My rate should be prorated but when I called sales people back it just directs you to local people. The local people didn't take my money under false pretenses.

This place is absolute garbage. Do not rely on them during a storm. You will be cut off from what you store and maybe not allowed to store it at all when they close the facility and shut down the elevators without notice. You will never know if the place is open without physically visiting it as there is nobody to call outside of international call centers. They have completely abandoned their duty to serve their customers after the storm.
