Honest, knowledgeable techs. I brought a tower expecting a big repair bill. In a matter of minutes, the tech found that there was no problem with the computer. This issue was a setting on the router in our house. Tech could have charged us a basic testing fee or even sold us a big repair, but didn’t charge anything.
