Honest, knowledgeable techs. I brought a tower expecting a big repair bill. In a matter of minutes, the tech found that there was no problem with the computer. This issue was a setting on the router in our house.
Tech could have charged us a basic testing fee or even sold us a big repair, but didn’t charge anything.

Wow!! Diagnosed problem before I even finished telling him what it was. Xfinity had sent 3 men who worked on it over 5 hours total two times and had no answer. Two other computer techs came to the house and couldn't do anything. Steve is fabulous and computer was working in less than an hour. Thank you. You now have a loyal customer.

The only place I would trust to leave my computer with for repairs and upgrades. My computer's motherboard died. I tried replacing it myself, then after months of struggle and turmoil. I took the computer to Steve.Literally the best customer service you can ask for. Professional and quick with answering any questions. It was my first time coming here, and I am glad I did. I would never go anywhere else for top quality computer support and the pricing is fair too.

These guys are awesome! I have been going here for years. They are very trustworthy and the prices are always fair to cheap. I have bought several computers ( business and personal) from them as well as repairs. They do an awesome job setting up new computers to make them very user friendly for you.

Very impressed with this computer shop! Steven helped us. He was very knowledgeable about our computer. He diagnosed the problem & was able to fix it quickly. The price was unbeatable! The shop itself was very well stocked & organized. Will definitely go back.

Went to Fast tech for a laptop, and was very glad I did. They were much more knowledgeable than the people at the big box stores. Set me up with the right computer for me, didn't try to upsell me on what I didn't need. A big plus is that if you have a problem, you can just take it in to them and not hassle with sending it out to who knows who. Would highly recommend them!

happened on Fast tech after shopping at the big box stores for a laptop, and am really glad that I did. They were far more knowledgeable that the staff at the other stores, and fixed me up with the right computer for me. They didn't try to upsell me, which would have been easy since I know next to nothing about computers. It's also nice to know that if I have a problem, I can take the computer there, not have to send it out. Would highly recommend them!
