Fabulous Organization makes you feel like you're part of a real community. Open seven days a week, tons of programs, engaging trainers, even a little bunny rabbit if you want to visit! (it resides in the Kidzone) Free coffee and tea plus often donations from the member's gardens like avocados and mangos can be found on the benches out front. No excuse not to work out with this place in your back pocket. Always makes me smile when I go there. Has a scholarship program if you can't afford the monthly dues. Ask at the desk for the forms. Events all year long including the Halloween Trunk or Treat, Les Mills launch parties, get fit challenges that earn you a T-shirt after so many consecutive workouts, and health fairs.

Wow! What a great YMCA. Lots of exercise classes, equipment, huge pool for classes and lap swimming, large locker/shower room, line dancing classes... Love it

This location is very bad. I'm from out of state and the building seems to be falling apart. The steam rooms don't work, it smells like mold inside and when I went in to the pool area it was leaking from the roof. If you want a dingy basement feel then this is your gym. Now granted I am used to lifetime gym in Colorado Springs which costs the same as this place. Absolutely zero comparison. I don't know why people down here in Florida think they can charge these prices for a falling down building with old equipment. Oh well, I cancelled my membership. They also charged me for the month and I never went and worked out once. Not one time but they still took my money I'll tell you that.

Great gym but tell me WHY the AC has been set on 79 or 80 degrees this summer? Literally for months now. On multiple occasions I’ve asked employees and they say boss man Kyle doesn’t allow anyone to touch it. I pay $40 a month for this membership.

Summer camp customer service is absolutly awful.I have written two reviews ever cause im usually pretty understanding and very laid back but...I had signed my daughter up for summer camp. Couple weeks before camp started we canceled due to making other arrangments and not only that but one of those camps was canceled by the ymca due to not having a teacher.I went in and filled out the paperwork to cancel. I cancelled just within the 2 week timeframe to get a full refund on one of the weeks so i would be responsible for 80% and i was fine with that. After cancelling They still charged my card for each week that i had canceled. Right away I called, texted, emailed, called some more, physically went into the office and left several messages simply asking for a call back to make sure the cancellation had been properly processed and a refund would be issued. Here we are almost 6 weeks later and just yesterday did i finally get a call back (after going into the office and complaining) . I still haven't been refunded (but have been told that it is in the works) and now that could take several more weeks. When i mentioned to the camp director that i was being charged interest on all of this while they take weeks - months to process the refund her answer was "thats just how it is"I am normally super patient but this is not ok,. If your going to take 4-8 weeks to get back to someone and start to process a refund then they could at least give them their full refund to cover the interest that their credit card company is charging them. If she had not ignored me from the start and actually started processing the refund sooner then later then I would not be upset.I realize life is busy but to totally ignore someone for a month is a bit ridiculous. they could have simpy said "we will get back to you" or made some sort of acknowledgment.

I’ve been going to the YMCA, they make you pay 50 dollars a month for a poorly maintained pool, a hot tub that never works, a sauna that doesn’t work, awful equipment, gross locker rooms. The staff was amazing. I’ve had problems reaching management. I was in there earlier around 6 and this women named Kirsten was yelling at a co worker when they were cleaning the majority of the time i was there. There was other co workers slacking off on their phones as well but none of them got spoken to. I also look up the pay for the YMCA and they only pay GROWN ADULTS 11 dollars in hour and still give them a difficult time. I’ve been here multiple times and have been disappointed each time.

good place to bring the kids and grandkids and/or have an outdoor event, big playground with some unique "rides", drinking fountains, big pavillion with lots of tables, trail through the woods

Enough for the kids to do, swings, and it'd very shaded. Nice park. Small but worth the stop.

Signed my child up for soccer. No coach wasn't too big a deal because we were told by the lady running it that she would be by to help. I haven't seen her since the email has been sent and nothing back. I get that it's the 3 year old kids, but i will not be signing up again and canceling my membership. This is downright ridiculous.

I’ve attended this gym for 10yrs now. I use to bring my daughter to swim when she was little. I bring my son now often too. The pool is indoors, has lifeguards on duty, and lanes for laps. When my daughter became a teen, she was part of a leadership group here as well. We love the family atmosphere. They sometimes offer “Date nights”, where parents can go out for a bit, while their children hang out in the gyms daycare. We never did that but it’s a cool option. There is something for everyone. Unlike typical gyms that seem to cater to young single people. We love that we can go as a family. We bring our son to the playground here often as well. It was remodeled fairly recently and has a lot of cool equipment. There’s a big field to play ball in, tennis courts, etc. The gym also offers lots of different classes. The locker rooms are spacious and clean, and include showers, and hair dryers. You’ll have to bring ur own lock. They also have a relaxing sauna. Highly recommended this gym.
