Had our bedroom rugs replaced yesterday. The workers moved furniture, replaced rugs, moved furniture back into place and vacuumed in a very timely fashion. The men were polite and hard working. Tina in sales was the best! I highly recommend Friendly Floors to everyone.

We recently purchased LVP flooring through Friendly Floors in Port Charlotte. A contractor recommended we go there to choose our flooring and we were going to have him do the installation. Ultimately, we had the Friendly Floors team install and they did a great job. Bob led the team and they were all very professional and cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. Our job included tearing out the kitchen and entryway tile as well as the carpet in the living room, dining room and three bedrooms (including closets). The entire process took four days and we are extremely happy with the flooring we chose and that we had their team handle the installation. Kudos to Violet and Tina for their help with our selection and measuring for our flooring. It took us a few trips to the showroom to choose samples and determine what we wanted, and they were both very patient and kind to us throughout the entire process. If you are thinking about new floors, we highly recommend Friendly Floors. They carry a wide selection of different types of flooring and are not only friendly but also very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you to everyone we dealt with, we truly appreciate being treated like valued customers!

We are so pleased with our new Laminate floors (Next Floor Regatta Sand). We had 3 rooms done and the installers were definitely on point. The floors look gorgeous. The installers were also very friendly. The ladies at Friendly Floors are the best. They are so helpful, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. We worked with Tina and Violet and they were awesome. Would definitely recommend Friendly Floors!!

Patty and the other associates in the store were friendly, helpful, and responsive as I chose tile for a bathroom remodel. The installers were pleasant, efficient, always on time, and cleaned the area as they finished work each day. It was a very good experience with a great result.

Everyone in the store was very knowledgeable and helpful.The install Crew crew, Joe and Jason were fabulous. They did a great job very meticulous. I would definitely buy there again.

We're very pleased with our new laminate flooring installed in our 2 guest bedrooms. Tina was very helpful with picking out the flooring we wanted and the installation by Bob and his crew couldn't be better! It was installed very quickly and the rooms were left spotless when the installers were finished. We highly recommend Friendly Floors for all your flooring needs!

I would highly recommend friendly floors! They just did my 4 bedroom home, new Lvp in bedrooms and it looks beautiful! Also new backsplash in my kitchen. It looks amazing! Very happy! Staff is awsome! Great job:)

First carpet purchased was defective! It took 8 months to get the 2 carpet installed. They never contacted me that my carpet was in. That the 2nd carpet was approved. They broke a box of vintage crystal after a few weeks I called and asked if I could throw the shattered crystal out? They said yes! Two weeks later they want the shattered crystal. I had to try to price out the crystal from my grandmother and mother both deceased to get a check. I did and even gave them where I got the prices from. I waited and waited for them to cut the check that I was told would be cut the week of the installation/breakage. Three weeks later I called and told them I would be in to pick up the check. Finally got rid of these folks. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! You want service, you stay on them for everything!

If there were more than 5 stars available, I would select a higher number. We had some issues with our initial floor performance and Patti, the manager, exceeded all expectations in addressing the issue. Some businesses talk about customer satisfaction, but Friendly Floors demonstrates it. This was probably the best customer service/satisfaction experience we have ever had.

Great samples of every type of floor.Just thought I would do an update...2 years almost since tile floor went down. I wish I had chosen a darker grout. I had a taupe color that came out white. Installers used it very wet. (I have done alot of floor grout in younger years when my knees were good.) Furniture was moved back same day as grouted and as a result much of the grout has come out in areas (5% of area.) Grout in tile areas done 20 years ago still good, so it wasn't faulty material or shifting/settling house. Fortunately, I still have my tools so I can repair it.
