I’m fairly new to the area so I asked two local friends separately about a good honest repair shop. Neither hesitated in recommending Gene Gorman’s. After two recent visits I see why they were recommended they are friendly, fair, and they do great work. My go to now for any car repairs!

I had a very stressful morning when I noticed one of my tires was extremely low on my way to work. Not sure what to do, I called Gorman’s since I pass their shop every day. They told me to bring the car right over and assured me they’d take care of it. When I explained that I was already at work and worried about being late, they told me to come in anyway and even offered to drive me back to work.
They got me to work right on time, which was such a relief. Later, they explained that one tire couldn’t be repaired because of low tread, and the others were also worn. They gave me a very fair price on three new tires, and by the end of the day my car was ready. They even came back to pick me up after work.
What started out as a stressful situation turned into a great experience thanks to their quick help, reasonable prices, and excellent customer service. I’m so grateful for their kindness and would highly recommend Gorman’s to anyone in need of honest, dependable service.

Disregard all of the other tire and repair shops in the area, this is the one to go to get all of your automotive services done. Special shoutout to Abby for being so accommodating and helpful. All of their services were greatly appreciated.

It's a crappy workshop. They charged me for coils and spark plugs and changed other things. They messed up the air conditioning and my engine vibrated worse than before. Don't go near this workshop. They are scammers.

This is the only place we will take our cars for service. Employees are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I was running errands when I noticed one of my tires was down to 12 pounds. Driving on a low tire is stressful and I made my way to Gorman’s. They said they couldn’t look at it just that moment, but offered me a ride home, which I accepted. Between the time I dropped my car off and arrived at our home was less than 15 minutes. I did not have to wait around for the shuttle to take me home. Although I was not thrilled I needed a new tire, I was very happy that Gorman made everything very easy. This type of experience is what I always have at Gorman.

My oil seems to be changed correctly, the interior didn’t have any oil/grease stains from the technician. They did forget to put a sticker on my windshield to remind me when my next oil change is due.

Gene Gorman is the only place I purchase Vehicles and have my vehicles worked on. I’ve been doing this for about 40 years now that’s right 40 years so there’s absolutely no reason I would stop and go somewhere else. I have dealt with others but as soon as the conversation starts, you get a feeling that they’re not concerned with you or your problem. They’re concerned with making dollars. At Gene Gorman The first question is always “hello, what can I do for you?”

I stopped in at Gene Gorman's Tire and Auto Repair Shop because my tire had a slow leak and kept losing air. There was a nail in my tire; they removed it, and it was patched at no charge.
Justin and Jason provided excellent customer service, and I appreciate their time and courtesy. I highly recommend Gene Gorman's Tire and Auto Repair Shop for all your tire and auto needs!
