Absolute worse car I have ever bought. Paid more for this car than all my other cars combined. Bought it, had a dead battery no problem, replaced that. After I get it home the engine light comes on as well as battery light. Then while I’m in the middle of driving on 41 near el Jobean it completely dies(first time driving it since bringing it home because of issues at the dmv) No noise. No lights. Absolutely nothing. I was stuck for over an hour with my 2 small children in a car this place sold me. Don’t even get me started on the fact I couldn’t register it at a DMV because they never registered the car out of the old owners name so it was never technically theirs. I am so beyond horrified with my experience and I’m now stuck without a car and down almost $3,000. I was really excited about this car. What a load of crap. This place should be ashamed of themselves. I should have reported them after the dmv issue.

SHOULD BE ABLE TO LEAVE ZERO STARS..I purchased my 2012 Dodge Journey when I purchased it the paperwork said 48,500 miles when I ran the Carfax report it had 15 pages even stating that my odometer was rolled back more than once. when I purchased it the paperwork said 48,500 miles when Nissan ran the Carfax off the Vin number. That is when we found out it’s been rolled back and rolled back more than once. I cannot even sell my car now due to this. When they ran the Carfax report it had 15 pages even stating that my odometer was rolled back more than once I have all the proof black-and-whites have all the proof of m blk an white I have done everything I’ve been instructed to do by the state of Florida. I have filed a Civil report I filed fraudulent and rolled back odometer to the DMV. I’ll be going there tomorrow. They really did it this time. I paid $8700 I had to put 2000 in it immediately after I purchased it. It won’t let me post my documents here, but if anybody is interested and would like to take a look at them, I’ll be more than happy to prove my facts As a matter fact, even the police said that it’s been rolled back more than once I’ve never seen a Carfax report with 15 pages in 2020 The car was in Miami at Pep Boys. It had 96,000 miles in 2021 45,000 miles. That’s a big difference and that’s not the time. They refused to make it right they’re gonna have one more chance tomorrow, but everything has been reported. I followed every step that I needed to do fax everything in now. Learn not to lie and cheat people out. I’ve already spoken to the attorney general who handles odometer fraud her name is Ashley Moody. She is amazing!! The Better Business Bureau aware Florida department of highway safety fraud unit. In case they read this just know this is your one and only chance to fix this. If not, I will bring the whole state of Florida down on you because this is a federal crime you can have prison time and up to $5000. Now I want my $8700 and I want the extra 2000 I had to put into it. This car was also in wrecks an complete body damage from top to bottom. No, we dealt with Dennis who is buddy buddy and in with genesis Told us I was the second owner, which is false on the fifth owner. I was told it was never in an accident. Dealership even a used dealership even a small one you know that it’s a federal offense to sell a vehicle with a rollback odometer you guys did it anyway. This is your last and final chance to make it right I’ve already called the newspaper and sent them over everything. I suggest you handle this correctly like a professional. Genesiss’ name an denniss’ is all over the fraudulent paperwork And the title was For as well obviously at one time this vehicle had upwards of 144,000 on it so we can understand why I’m upset and I understand why everybody else is upset everybody else follow suit and do what I did and report them dealership responsibilities I’m going after Dennis an genesis auto. Feel free to delete this cause I will continue to repost it I purchased it November 2023.
I plan on taking this up the ladder as far as I have to lawyers and all they need to be ready if they don’t make it right. In the state of Florida they are legally responsible they will be held accountable

We bought a vehicle from you all roughly 1 year ago. We were told the vehicle was still worth 14k. That was a joke now more than ever. We decided to do some body work on it and with it being a rebuilt title they wouldn't do any work on it. So I decided to do the work myself. Well I found some very shotty work. It's unsafe and definitely isn't worth what it sold for. Buyers beware when buying a vehicle from this company that they'll tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to buy a vehicle from them.Let me reiterate this since the owner has messaged and doesn't remember me. The vehicle in question is a 2014 Ford edge limited. It was being "sold by us for someone else" paid 9000 for this thing. I definitely don't have the companies confused. I've been wrong in the past but when it comes to accusations I'm sure of my information before I point a finger. I test drove it originally and the tag fell off around Toledo blade and we both went to find it.

I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Or at least not to be helped by Shannon Mcweeny the dealer who sold me a car. She’s very rude and unprofessional. I bought a vehicle February 11th and took the car to a mechanic the following day to find out that the car is unsafe to drive. There is proof/documents from the mechanics that I took the vehicle to about the car being unsafe. I also discovered tons of rat droppings, especially in the trunk. Plus new rat droppings on the seat each day after having the vehicle. I also discovered mold in the trunk. I tried to get my money refunded because of the car being unsafe, unhealthy, and infested. But she would not refund me my money. I’m currently in the process of taking legal action because this isn’t right. It’s illegal and downright wrong! I admit that I was wrong in not taking my time and completely observing the vehicle but I didn’t know that something like this could even happen. This is definitely a learning experience that I would make sure never happens again! It’s caused me emotional distress but I will recover. She lied and said that she told me everything about the vehicle multiple times when she barely told me anything at all. And I don’t get how you could tell someone something multiple times if I purchased the vehicle the first day. She made it seem as though the vehicle was in great condition. I also admit that I made a huge mistake because I should have listened to that gut feeling, things seemed very sketchy. Especially her rushing me.

I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a vehicle from here. I purchased a 2011 Nissan Sentra on 2/11/22. And took it to mechanics the next day to see what basic things it needs only to find out that the vehicle isn’t safe to drive/should not be on the road. And was not repaired the right way. I should have taken it to a mechanic before purchasing because then I would’ve known that I shouldn’t have bought it. I also should’ve used better judgment and did my own inspection. And Although on my behalf, I should have asked for the car facts,I didn’t. I feel that Shannon should’ve provided me with the car facts and also talked to me about the vehicle. I also found that there was an infestation. I found rat or mice droppings inside the car and wish that I would’ve noticed before hand because as I said before I would’ve went the opposite way. There is also a ton of droppings in the trunk followed by some type of moldy water damage. So not only is the car not safe to drive, it’s also not good for my health. I hope that I haven’t ingested any of the harmful things from the car. I’m still currently in the process of seeking legal action since my money couldn’t be simply refunded. I’m also suffering from emotional distress. Something like this shouldn’t be allowed to happen to anyone.

Genesis Auto Sales was a pleasant experience. Shannon was so nice and easy to work with. You didn't feel pressured and you could test drive the car with ease. All of the cars on the lot looked like they were very nice and prices decently. It was a breath of fresh air compared to other experiences at other dealerships.
