“I ordered a birthday arrangement for my grandmothers 80th birthday. I live in NY and she is in FL, when delivered she was not home at the time. They called me promptly to let me know and ask where they could deliver too. The neighbor also wasn’t home, and luckily they were able to deliver to my dad’s house a lil over a mile away. I am so thankful in the way they handled the situation and made sure she got the delivery for her special day.
