When I moved to SWF 11 years ago,
Haverty's helped me furnish my new house. Over the years I have made additional purchases there. Today I stopped in to replace a mattressl. Brenda welcomed me when I entered, helped me choose a new matress. It will be delivered in two days and take away the old one. Simple, efficient service. Awsome!

Everyone at the 2 of your stores I have been to, Pt Charlotte and Ft Myers has been very friendly, engaged, extremely helpful and competent. I appreciate having a decorator on hand for suggestions as well. My great experiences also includes the people at the service desk and even the delivery persons. I think the merchandise is well selected, well displayed and at fair price points. There does seem to be an extremely consistent culture that Haverty’s has cultivated within the company. I am very impressed and it makes the shopping experience very pleasant.

I haven't bought anything yet. I was greeted by sales associate, Velvet. She is easy to talk to and took notes for future meetings. They have designers too. Very impressed with staff and quality of furniture.

Havertys is wonderful, Guardsman...not so much. My wife and I have been customers of Havertys for about 30 years and when we purchased these furnishings we also purchased the Guardsman Insurance Plan and were told that this would cover anything that happens to damage this furniture, or any defects for 5 years. WELL, I guess that is not completely true...at least not from Guardsman!!! We have an expensive leather sectional sofa that is already showing signs of wear and the color is coming out along the stitching and seams. This Sofa now looks like something that is 15 years old or older.
Guardsman has declined the coverage stating that it is not covered. Don't ever buy this coverage as it is just a scam by Guardsman to take your money. I must say however, that when I called the store in Port Charlotte they were very concerned and accepted the responsibility to make this right. After I sent them pictures and explained the issues the store manager called and scheduled to send a tech out to see if they could in fact repair these issues. The Manager even went so far as to offer a replacement if that did not meet to our satisfaction.
How about that for service!!! While I'm not happy with Guardsman Protection, I'm very glad we purchased thru Havertys. I trust that all will go well with the repair....if not we'll replace this couch thru Havertys as it seems as though they want Happy Customers.

Went to Havertys for a new sofa and love seat. the sales man George greeted us, upon telling him what we were looking for , he steered us towards the perfect couch and love seat. Good furniture at a decent price, highly recommend.
