I recently bought a lift chair at Health Source and could not be happier. The chair itself is extremely comfortable and assist me in many way from getting up, laying down, massage and heating pads. It was a wonderful purchase. The staff at Health Source (Nick) was outstanding and the delivery crew were very knowledgeable about the product, friendly, respectful, and truly kind and caring. The setup crew explaining how the chair operates making everything simply and easy and even rearranged my furniture in order to accommodate the new chair. I highly recommend Health Source. They couldn’t have been more accommodating in every step of the process.

In serching for a lift chair We went to two different big box furnature stores. Their prices were low but raised questions about quality and service. There are three health supply stores in our area. Each carried the same chairs but one and three had fewto demonstrate. Healthsource had a number of chairs to try and the most knowlogable people.The next day we decided on aGolden model. Material and color choice was made and a chair was ordered. The next morning we decided that the color would be wrong for our house so an e-mail was sent. Within minutes a reply was sent. "No problem".The next business day the store delivered the floor model we liked. Our order would become the new floor model.On delivery and set up a good demonstration was provided.Love that chair. My back is not as painful as before as getting on my feet is no longer a struggle.Would I buy from Healthsource again? In a New York minute.Thanks Healthsource:C and J

This organization is top notch. We needed to rent some mobility equipment for our parents extended stay at the new Sunseekers Resort. They couldn’t have been more accommodating in every step of the process! I am sure they will continue to support out of town visitors that want to be safe and independent during their stay in the Charlotte Harbor Area. Seem-less, prompt service and communication at a very reasonable cost !! Much thanks Nick!!

Came in with a dead scooter, the tech checked a couple of things... turns out it was just a fuse. Took maybe 10 minutes and it was up and running. These guys are good ! Highly recommend this store.

Very kind and courteous. Called them for help with my husband's lift chair. They came and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts and repaired it. Very reasonable. Will deal with them for anything we need medically from here on out Very pleased customer.

Deliveries were always on time all delivery people were respectful and kind very helpful and every time I had an issue you guys were here instantly and you kept in touch and we kind of became friends over the year very happy with the service thank you

I called HealthSource to see if they could fix my parent’s lift chair. Another company said they didn’t have any times available for the whole week. HealthSource said they could fit us in the next day. The technician arrived at the time they said and then was able to find a solution to get their chair functional again. My dad is in his late 80’s and is very reliant on his chair. My parents said the technicians were very nice, professional, and so helpful. The service call for them was also less expensive than another company we called which was a plus. I found HealthSource listed as a preferred vendor for their chair manufacturers website. I wish all companies could service their customers as well as they do. Thanks HealthSource!!!

I went in to rent an electric scooter for my mom and the gentleman who I think was the owner was very helpful. He was very pleasant and explained the different scooters to choose from. I couldn't believe how reasonable the rental cost was. I'm sure you'll be as satisfied as I was

Absolute best customer service I’ve experienced! Nick and his staff at HealthSource were kind, caring, professional, helpful, and made everything simple and easy. We flew in from out of state to move our dad to assisted living the week of Christmas. In our attempts to get his affairs in order, we hit roadblocks in many places because of the holidays… except at HealthSource! They made it extremely easy to purchase a chair and have it delivered. They even gave options of other DME stores if we wanted to shop around. Delivery was quick, seamless, and right on time. He even helped us with return shipment of Dad’s old sentimental chair. I cannot express what a breath of fresh air it was to work with HealthSource. Caring for ailing parents is emotional and challenging, but HealthSource made it easy to help our dad feel more comfortable in his new home. Thanks, Nick! We will absolutely be back to HealthSource with any future DME needs.

My husband and I brought our older scooter there as it was making a clicking sound. Jim at HealthSource fixed it in no time, at no charge!!! Who does that these days?!?! The store has everything imaginable! And we are seriously considering one of their recliners! Thanks again, Jim. We will be recommending this store to anyone who needs it.

I called Health Source at 9:00am on Friday morning to rent a lift chair, and spoke with Kevin. He was very kind and patient as he listened to my long tale of woe, and explained he could deliver the lift chair that day. Three hours later, Kevin arrived with the chair. My hero! It is rare to get positive and prompt customer service. Thank you Kevin, and thank you Health Source.

This is our go to place for medical equipment! We bought a lift chair here a couple years ago and brought a scooter in for repairs about the same time, only to learn that the only thing wrong was the operator! Honest, helpful, Nick goes above and beyond! Recently we decided to buy a new scooter, but I committed that I wished it came in purple. Nick spoke up and offered to paint it purple! We picked it up today. It is a beautiful royal purple. Plus, true to form, going above and beyond, Nick also threw in a couple extra sets of fenders in case I had any problems. Walking out the door Nick continued to remind me that I have his cell number and to call or text if I ever need any help. Excellent products, and amazing service!

HealthSource of Port Charlotte is outstanding! We have purchased several items there and would not go anywhere else. Nick is very knowledgeable about his products, is friendly, respectful, and truly a kind and caring person. The two medical lift chairs we have purchased and the rolling walker are of excellent quality and very fairly priced. When Nick delivers the items, he places them where needed and takes the time to explain all the features. You certainly do not find that kind of customer service these days! We we're very pleased with every aspect of our experience! We were warmly greeted, shown a variety of lift chairs and found one we liked. They offered to deliver that same day if needed! Very kind and thoughtful. When they delivered the chair, they delivered the old one to my neighbor! We will definitely use them for any supplies we need!
