Charged me incorrectly and added an additional driver when there was not one, I call to ask for an update and am promised I’ll get a call back but no one returns my calls. Been going on two months and all I get is “we sent an email to let them know” can someone who runs this store please call me and take care of this. I’m at my wits end.

Don't ever waste your time or effort here. The lazy obese desk attendant is the most unpleasant sad man I've ever met. They'll advertise and lie about one thing through 3rd party apps and tell you the complete opposite when you arrive then it's too bad so sad for you. Writing this after paying for an Uber to get there and currently walking down the road to get home.

I reserved a vehicle a week ago and expected to pick up my rental Tesla this morning. I was dropped off at the branch location and was told that not ONLY was there no Tesla to rent at this location, there were NO AVAILABLE CARS to rent from this location despite the GUARANTEE I was shown online. I received no calls or e-mails from the branch, no cancellation for this prepaid rental, NOTHING. Had I received any notifications at ALL, I would have instead booked a legitimate rental with another company. The local branch did nothing for me to rectify the situation and pointed me to customer support. I tried calling customer support 3 times this morning to speak to a supervisor and be placed in a vehicle, and not a single representative was able to assist me and escalate my situation. I am now missing work due to no vehicle. I am out money on a rental that was supposed to be guaranteed, I have no car available to me at the rate I was guaranteed, and I am missing work as I type this. No resolution has come of this and I am flabbergasted that this is how Hertz operates.

Despite quick help with a replacement car, we barely reached the airport; unfortunately there was no time to refuel. Let's see if Hertz is accommodating here, since the rental car suddenly refused to work and we lost a good 1.5 hour buffer.

Just terrible. Reserved a vehicle. Paid for a Uber from 1/2 hour away. As I’m arriving they call me and say they have to cancel my reservation as they have no vehicles left. What’s the point of a reservation if you’re not going to honour it! Now stuck with no car! And out they money for a Uber 2 ways.

I have rented from here twice. Both times it has been a pain. Keys are never ready, never any accomodations, everything costs extra even for waiting a half hour for their error.

This place sucks. I called and explained that even though I changed to the dates I needed my rental car for, I paid and it had the wrong dates listed. I even double checked before I paid. I called and explained I just wanted to cancel and rebook for the following week, they absolutely refused. Absolutely disgusting, over 200 dollars for a mistake that wasn’t even my fault. Just frustrating, completely ruined my upcoming trip. I will never book with them ? I understand you have your policies, but that’s just ridiculous. It wasn’t even an hour after I booked and noticed and called.
