Scheduled us for 5:30 then we waited almost a hour till 6:15 only to be told by a Cuban guy who barely spoke broken English that he doesn't have time for us today and to leave all our crucial tax documents there and he would call us when they had time to deal with it all while making me out to be the bad guy because they over scheduled ...been going there for 5 years and will never go back and neither should anyone for that matter

Used h&r for years. Went from 5 stars to 3 as soon as I needed them during the off tax season. IRS asking about a return and I'm on my own.

Had an appointment made for 10Am on Saturday the 30th. Got several text messages reminding us of the upcoming appointment. Got there and was told we didn’t have an appointment. The receptionist said it was because their system is working right and was very rude, we had to reschedule for next weekend and asked her to write down the appointment, who it was with and her name, she gave me a card with the name Dan. We will honor this next appointment but will do our taxes elsewhere from here on out.

They never answer the phone. I have called every day at least 15 times throughout the day for 4 days straight and it seems nobody wants to earn someones business ill go file taxes elsewhere. Consumers are what gives you a job. You also get paid to answer the phone.
