I needed repair on the car bumper. The shop was busy; but for this minor repair they squeezed me in. Had the job completed in less than a week. Super service and very friendly office staff. Five star ratting all the way around.

Called on Tuesday and asked about getting a quote, was told they do quotes all day Thursday and Friday (I wrote this specifically down because I was calling multiple places with different times/days). I show up on Friday at 1pm to get my quote and am told in person that they only do quotes from open to noon which I know is not what I was told on the phone. I asked if they could make an exception since that’s not was I was told and was responded with absolutely not and we aren’t doing any quotes next week. Very poor customer service.
