Very unhappy with Kanes. Delivered a broken reclining sofa. 4 weeks later it still isn't fixed. They should have replaced it ,immediately .Also 10 days after my purchase ,they offered free delivery ,which I paid for. They should honor best price within a certain time period .

Ordered a house full of furniture. The leather sofa had a bent frame which they refunded but was not able to reorder because they no longer made it. Then the 2 rocker swivel chairs (799 each) we returned because come to find out the back cushion was stuffed with feathers!! UNREAL. We were told we would have to pay a 20% restock fee because somewhere it was in some fine print but of course the salesman just happened to forget to tell us! Now the storehas had the returned chairs for over a month and still no refund check. They sent it to an undeliverable address (our house that is under construction that we don't occupy yet and no certificate of occupancy) we just use it to get our stuff delivered so we can get things organized but they told me 2 weeks ago they would send it to the store for me to pick up but I get a call last week that they are going to wait another week to see if it clears. I told them to do a stop pay on the check and get me my money, still no refund. They owe us over 1,000 dollars. Any reputable store would not have charged us a restock fee and would have issued a refund as soon as they got the chairs back. So needless to say we went elsewhere for our furniture

Our sales consultant Danny C. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Showed us great selections that catered to what we were looking for and made it a pleasant experience. He included our kids in making a selection as well which added a nice touch. If you are looking for new furniture, ask for Danny to help you find the perfect addition!

We truly enjoyed shopping at Kanes because of the wide selection of furniture options and inventory displayed on each level. Danny Collins our sales rep pleasantly greeted us and kindly directed us to areas of need. He listened to our questions and answered each helping us to make the right decisions to suit our specific goals. Mission accomplished…thank you!! We will return for additional purchases as a result of this visit.

My lovely wife and I visited quite a few different furniture stores. Kanes Furniture by far was the best. Our sales person John had to have been the best we have ever experienced. No pressure, very knowledgeable, accommodating and polite. My wife and I are both in our mid 60's so we have dealt with quite a few sales people in our days, but John by far was the best. He found exactly what we were looking for and even something we weren't. So needless to say, we are extremely happy customers and we will be sending any of our friends looking for furniture to kane's and have them ask for John. Thank you Kane's!!!

Beautiful store prices are a bit steep, but there are some good deals here and there. We purchased a discounted sectional, and the tag said it had a minor discoloration and a tear in the leather. When we picked it up, it was clearly a previously used piece that had been returned as there was animal hair all over on the sides of each piece and on one piece the leather was actually worn and it wasn't visible inside the store. However, the sectional is extremely comfortable and was almost 1/2 off the original price, so it was worth it. We just wish that we would've been told it was a previously used piece. We have and will still continue to shop there.

Matt was extremely helpful, and cut through paperwork very quickly. He also volunteered to help us get a discounted price, if the piece we bought goes on sale in a few days. Very good salesman. Very nice demeanor.

Excellent,Friendly Greeting from the time we walked in the door. We worked with the Salesman JB at the Port Charlotte Store and it was a great experience.He explained all our options, showed us great furniture, and was so very patient with our needs. Today we had an absolutely fantastic experience at Kane’s Furniture. We started off just browsing with no intention to purchase. Our salesperson Dan Collins was extremely patient, knowledgeable, courteous and answered all of our questions. Most importantly he didn’t hover. We walked away with two genuine leather pieces at an amazing savings. We will definitely be returning for future purchases.

Dan Collins was so helpful and very polite! The couch I wanted wasn’t going to work do to size so he found us a better one. He made sure to answer all our questions and give us any information we needed. Next purchase we make at Kane’s we would love to work with him again. Dan made our shopping experience five stars!

I had a very good experience at Kane’s Furniture. Dewey the sales rep was very helpful. We purchased our sofa Thursday evening and needed it by Saturday. Dewey went above and beyond to make sure we received it on time. To my surprise it was delivered on Friday early morning. Great service!

I purchased somewhere around $6,000 worth of furniture mid July 2023.A recliner and ottoman were back ordered for 6 weeks. Not a problem.Problem is after I waited for delivery.About 10 days later I got an email showing the price dropped $200.The rule I was told if I would have called within 7 days they could help.Sorry but you just lost a good customer who will not be in you store again.Frank

Had an awesome experience with our salesman Mark. What a pleasure it was picking out a new leather sofa and tables with his assistance. He made it so easy for us without any pressure whatsoever. He was so knowledgeable and we immediately felt like we’ve known him forever. We even opted to get the 5 year warranty for the leather and motorized parts, which my husband never wants to purchase, but Mark explained everything so professionally and again without any pressure. Thank you Mark. I have to say, it was the best experience we’ve ever had. We purchased our last leather sectional at a different furniture store, but we are delighted that we came to Kane’s furniture this time. They have a huge selection, that anyone can find something they like and at an affordable price. Please ask for Mark…..you won’t regret it!
