DO NOT try this company…. I called to know if they were able to help me with the taxes extension form but I explained I was out of the country, I couldn’t even finished the sentence when they lady emphasized: “I cannot help you because I cannot verify your identity… I am with a client” VERY LAZY her response. Lack of professionalism and effort, I have all the papers and information to do it DONT BE RUDE and try harder. Fortunately, this happen so I won’t have to deal with worse issues in the future.
